Indoor swimming pool under glass and fabulous sea view.

We had a fabulous room overlooking the bay with a balcony. The bed was large and a great bathroom with a corner bath. The chambermaid did a great job and washed the floor everyday. The staff were all helpful and pleasant. Good car parking and lovely pools.

- Pillows were a bit hard for me. - The room was not ready when they said it would be. - Room service was unavailble - tried to order a bottle of water at the bar on the phone but they said to come get it yourself because they were too busy or to wait, when I said I will wait and asked when they will come, they said they couldnt say and told us to just come get it yourself. - Not a lot of options for lunch

- Really nice 2 huge outdoor pools, and an indoor pool + access to swim in ocean. Sauna also available - Great ocean view. - Lots to choose from for breakfast and dinner with drinks included. - Room was nice and big woth a bathtub in the room as well. - Beautiful and clean hotel - Great value for money

The games room did not have all the machinery working and the breakfast was often cold

I loved the hospitality, the fact that public transport was easily acccessible and that the staff were very friendly. The pool area was very clean and there was a snack bar there. The hotel also had lots of amenities including a spa , water sports at the hotel and an indoor pool. We was also right outside the ferry port to go to gozo and comino island which was fantastic.

We originally had a room on the sea view side of the hotel. We found this a little noisy (outside noise from the road and the nearby ferries). We asked to change to the bay view side. Had to wait a couple of days but once a room was available we were able to move. The view was wonderful and it was much quieter. Perfect!

We enjoyed our stay greatly despite needing to change room due to outside noise. Both rooms we had were clean and spacious. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The food was excellent (half board). The pool was not overly busy and a great setting for relaxing in the sunshine.

Unfortunately, we got a room facing a four-lane road, so it was quite noisy. The water pressure in the bathroom was low

The hair drawer wasn't working. The traffic from the ferry is heavy all night and the noise disturbs our sleep a lot.

It was very comfortable, clean, with very very very polite staff. The bed was very comfortable, view on the sea was marvellous.

In general, I didn't find this to be as comfortable and cozy as I would have expected from a 4 stars accommodation. For example, I would like to have a shower gel dispenser in the bathroom or at least the little tubes replaced when they are empty. It would also be great to have at least one new bottle of drinking water in the room every day, since tap water is not potable and filling bottles at the water dispenser of the restaurant is explicitly forbidden. The room could have been cleaner (some mold on the corners of the bathroom, etc). A quite annoying thing was the presence of a big group of teenagers, not properly supervised, with their funny but inappropriate behavior. Despite the intervention of the hotel management, the context was sometimes more similar to a summer camp than to a resort.

The size and layout of the room, the position of the property far away from chaotic spots. Friendly and cooperative staff. Breakfast was great, and so where most meals (with some exceptions).

I broke a bottle of wine in my room, and called for cleanup. 1.5hours later, I decided to stand, slipped and hurt myself. It took 2 hours for them to clean this in the room, and didn't really accept they took too long or admit they should've cleaned faster. I was not happy about this

The food, rooms and access to the pools and beach was great. It was easy to get to the beach, and the bus stop is outside the hotel so easy to travel around. It's also close to the ferry and you can simply walk there and take a ferry to Gozo

Perfect location, convenient to travel around the island. Friendly Staff. the hotel is clean. There is a play area for children. Breakfast has many choices, many seats. All rooms have sea views. I am very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel itself is a little bit old but it wasn't a big issue for us. The only detail we mentioned is that the carpet in some public corridor spots had a bad smell although it was always clean.

Absolutely great resort by the sea! Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable! The spacious room was super clean with an incredible seaview in front of the main "fish" pool. We had all the needed amenities including iron and a small fridge. The welcoming staff was always willing to provide any assistance. We thank them a lot! As for the food, we enjoyed every breakfast meal and especially dinners in a huge buffet for every taste. The restaurant had a great seaview and it was 10/10 overall. The hotel also had a playground for the kids and a store inside the main building for souvenirs, beach&pool equipment and various snacks. I also enjoyed a relaxing head massage before a nice haircut at the hotel s beauty salon!

Unfortunately the gym was poor equipped and breakfast looks the same everyday

The location is just perfect. I mean if you would like to visit the Gozo Island or the Blue Lagoon on the Comino Island there is not a problem. Ferry is just a 5 minutes away. But if now its sunbathing time then there's a beautiful beach 15 minutes away. Also in the front of hotel there's a bus stop with line going to Popeye village(101) or other lines which takes you wherever you want to.

Repetetive breakfast - the menu could use an upgrade (include pancakes, omlettes, granola, etc.). There was no towel radiator in the bathroom so it was difficult to dry wet bathingsuits.

The views are outstanding. Hard to come by a hotel that offer views like this for a reasonable price. Dinners were delicious every time - plenty and different options for every taste! Indoor pool with warm water is a great plus for colder/rainy days. Spacious rooms with big and comfortable beds. Lots of retired people, families with kids so the atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Very clean and pleasant!

Room could be little bigger for the family of 4. Very busy (loong never-ending queues on Saturday/Sunday in the restaurant) , badly organized buffet for the big crowd (locations should be distributed for more food access instead of one line) No free facilities in the indoor play -room ( only play machines, not always working upon coins insertion) Sauna not always was switched on, and the yoga room next to the sauna in a very bad condition

Extremely thin walls, you could literally hear everyone word the neighbors were saying. Had a group of young people stay for a few days and had to tell them to be quiet multiple times in the night so I could sleep., extremely annoying and disruptive. Power outlets stopped working in my room halfway through the trip and were never fixed. I left my powerbank in the lobby to charge instead and it was stolen during breakfast. When I reported this to the reception they were very unhelpful, wouldn't help me investigate and told me to go to the police station instead, and that they had no responsibility to support me. Very unhelpful behaviour from the staff.

There were a couple of times when served fruits and vegetables at the breakfast were not fresh.

We were very satisfied with our stay. Excellent hotel, with its own story and charm. Very friendly staff, they stand ready to answer any of our questions or assist when needed. The room was spacious, with an amazing view to the sea and rocks, a well-equipped with everything you need. The breakfast was delicious and good. Having said that our favourite was the buffet dinner that comes for a reasonable price and a wide choice of food and drinks, highly recommend. Sorry that staying was too short to enjoy SPA treatment. There are pools and some indoor playground activities for children, too. This is a place where you can relax and enjoy your holidays. Location is perfect, particularly in case you stay in the northen part of Malta or would like to visit Gozo as the ferry terminal is very close as well as bus stop is just in front of the hotel.

Strange location. I picked it because I was going to the ferry first thing in the morning, but: Half the rooms have windows facing the ferry - road noise. There are two smaller beaches around the hotel, but one is behind a busy road and the other is on the other side of the bay relatively far away. Otherwise there is absolutely nothing in the area. No town, no entertainment options, ...

A classic large hotel with everything that goes with it (Swimming pool, restaurant, ...).
