Hot water for cup of tea awkward and sometimes cool . I’d rather drink juice out of glass just a small hint

Fantastic hotel, great staff and perfect location for exploring amazing Valletta. The Maltese buffet breakfast was always very fresh and with lots of choice. Would definitely stay here again.

Wifi could have been a bit stronger.

The hotel was 10 m fron a pedestrian stree and on the side there was a food market. Nice and comfortable room with a nice bathroom. Breakfast served on a rooftop terrace. Staff was great and helpful.

The staff were always very pleasant, cheerful and helpful. Any issues were dealt with very quickly. Rooms where always clean and tidy. Owner was very knowledgeable on various interesting places to visit.

Breakfast was a traditional Maltese selection. Plenty of variation. Served on the roof top terrace unless weather windy or wet. Food was always fresh and restocked very quickly.

Was noisy at night, which included loud music, due to the room I was in being opposite a restaurant

There were no drawers or shelves to unpack & put clothes although there was a rail with hangers to hang things.

The Breakfast was served on the roof Terrace, unfortunately due to the weather conditions this was not possible Therefore we had to bring it back to our room, we felt this was not suitable (no space)

The lady on Reception was extremely helpful, friendly , this made everything so easy to explore Valletta

Coming back to HPM and still great experience. Tasty breakfasts with various local dishes. Finely located in the center of Valetta, but what stands out is the window view - rooms open up on the market square, so you have some air instead of seeing an opposite wall. Minibar is equipped nicely for your arrival and it's free.

Nothing- apart from lack of yoghurt!!!

Excellent location- right in the heart of the town. Lovely old property- traditional but beautifully renovated. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast on the terrace was good but it would have been better with some yogurt etc for those not wanting the traditional salad and cooked items.

Nothing it was amazing!

Beautiful centrally located hotel in the heart of Valletta! Everything you could need was on hand and it felt like a real slice of luxury. The staff were incredibly helpful and insightful about the city and things to see and do.

Nothing is was great.

Slap bang in the middle of Valletta the location is amazing. Everything is in walking distance in terms of the local attractions. Right next door underneath the food hall is a great supermarket that has everything you need, water taxis and Gozo fast ferry only 10 mins walk from the hotel. Hotel is lovely, it does not have facilities such as a bar or lounge but then everything you need is right outside. Room was large and comfortable, only small negative was very little storage for clothing. Hotel staff were really helpful and knowledgeable and were on hand to help with any queries or requests for local information. Breakfast on the roof sounds a little odd but it’s great, local Malteses delights are a lovely touch and gives insight into local cuisine and culture. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nowhere comfortable to sit. Complimentary drinks in the mini bar - the red wine had been opened and was half gone. It’s a pity the terrace could not have been used as a seating area during the day.

The hotel was small but adequate. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location was good for many of the museums. Many in walking distance.

Breakfast was shockingly bad. Not even espresso machine. Very poor quality of biscuits, fruit, ingredients... poor variety. No daylight in the room. Only one very small window that looks inside the hotel. Reception closes at 7 p.m. and we needed a blanket since there were only sheets on both beds and only one blanket in the cupboard but there was nobody to help that evening.

Best location, modern hotel, very clean. Staff was very polite and friendly.

The Maltese breakfast on the rooftop was magnificent, even though it was a little windy during our stay. We liked the location as well, it was ib the middle of historic Valletta, and many attractions were just minutes away on foot. All of the staff were really nice.
