Noisy AC, couldn't sleep with it on. Luckily, it wasn't too cold outside and it was only necessary to keep it plugged in for a little while (until it warmed up in the room). The water heater is a bit undersized: it was not possible to wash 2 people. It was necessary to wait another 30-40 minutes until the hot water reserve was restored after a shower. Check-in was a bit difficult: because we didn't arrive at the apartment until 5 p.m. (the time when Mark was there), we waited for something in front of the door until Anna (the cleaning lady) heard us calling . It's not an accommodation where you can pick up the keys from the lock box :(. Luckily, the entrance door to the building was open and I was able to go up to the apartment. At least we didn't have to wait in the street :) There is no hair dryer socket in the bathroom. As a recommendation: kitchen paper napkins would be very useful, because the towel was always wet. And also as a recommendation...more hangers in the dresser. For someone staying for 12 days... comes with more clothes :))

I was accommodated in room no. 5. It is the quietest room because it is at the end of the hall, on back of the building (the window faces a courtyard) and at a distance from the living room where in the morning/evening there was some noise (but not excessive) from the other guests having breakfast/dinner. The room is bright in the morning, spacious, clean, equipped with a mini-fridge and a water dispenser for tea (unfortunately, I couldn't use it because it had some rust spots). The bed is big and comfortable (it almost fit 3 people :)). The bathroom is equipped with AC that heats. More hangers would be useful. The apartment is on the 6th floor (the building has an elevator), with a great view of the sea. The building is on the seafront. It is a quiet area, the terrace on the waterfront in front of the block closes at 10 p.m., so those staying in the rooms facing the street will not experience any noise. Lidl and another supermarket are approximately 7 minutes walk away, and the ferryboat station to Valletta is approximately 10-15 minutes walk away. The bus stop is right in front of the block (an extremely valuable advantage, because in Malta public transport is difficult; there are buses that come an hour away, and if they are full... they don't even stop to pick up other passengers ...so time is wasted :( ). Mark was a helpful host: he offered us tips&tricks, he told us what events are organized on the island (that's how we went to the fireworks festival in Valletta), he told us which are the most economical means of public transport, restaurant recommendations in the area. Every time we asked him something, he answered us very promptly (that's how we found out that the best pastizzi are eaten in Rabat at Is Serkin). We had the airplane at night, but he let us store our suitcases in the living room until we left for the airport (no extra charge). I recommend this apartment in Sliema.

Someone in the building was starting a renovation almost each day in the morning. The fridge in the room was a bit loud so I decided to not use it (but there is a big common fridge in the shared area so it was not a problem at all). It's easy to hear someone going through the corridor or talking in the shared area.

Well located apartment, near to the bus station and with an amazing sea view. The room was equiped with everything I needed - big comfortable bed, hair-dryer, socket adapters, kettle and tv. Very helpful, friendly and responsive hosts, providing tips on what to see on Malta. Good WiFi.

I've booked a bedroom with seaview for my parents. The apartment was extremely clean with all needed amenities. There is a balcony with a charming view to the sea. The location is the best in Sliema, the bus stop Ghadir is in front of the building. The best point for buses for everywhere. The best value for money. Marco was very kind, very helpful, so friendly and easy to communicate. He shared with us a detailed information about transportation, points of interest, upcoming events and the best restaurants and etc.. He was one of the best hosts, I've ever met. Thank you and I hope to come back soon. Extremely recomend this apartment.

Great base for enjoying Malta. Giod location and well connected. Room and apt are clean with nice amenities and facilities that work. Options to cook as well. Owner is helpful, attentive, and responsive. Very accommodating to leave baggage for late depatures. Across from corniche that allows you to walk along coast to several different areas of Malta. Buses and ferry minutes away.

Great location because the bus stop is right below the apartment. Friendly host with whom we had excellent communication and we felt like we had a guide. He gave us recommendations for beaches, restaurants and other things to see on the island. The accommodation is clean and tidy. There is a small refrigerator and a kettle in the room, and there is also a large kitchen where you can prepare something. In any case, all recommendations and you will not go wrong if you book this accommodation 😊

Cons: The toilet makes an awful sound whenever you use the water in the bathroom that wakes everyone up, the bathroom sink was leaky.

the only minus is the view from some rooms. Some are situated in the middle of the building, so the view is to another window. But there is a beautiful view of the beach from the kitchen.

The Seaview apartment was what we expected. The Owner and Housekeeper were really helpful and gave us loads of information of where to eat and how to get about etc. As we arrived in Malta in the morning time, we were able to leave our bags in the apartment whilst the room was being cleaned, which meant we could explore Malta without wasting time. The apartment is in a great location with a bus stop directly in front of the apartment , that allows you to get practically everywhere around the island. Also, the promenade in Sliema goes for miles and is a lovely walk.
