There was not availability to park at the park garage. The location was not offer pretty much park spots in street.

Very good location in Mellieha, nearby from very options of restaurants. Staff in front desk was very kind. Room have good area size and we could see a sunset view from the rooftop!

We were woken everyday with the noise if the workers working on the new part of the hotel.

The changes to the dining room are fabulous

There is too much building work going on. I was staying on level. You had to go 2 levels below ground in the lift walk along corridors to go to another lift to go up to level 5. Not ideal and quite claustrophobic

The hotel was very smart and clean

There appears to have been some building work which started at 8am everyday. That was such a pain as one couldn’t just have a lie in. The pillows were uncomfortable and the bedsheets were not changed for all the 4 days we were there. The bathroom was also not washed throughout our stay and we didn’t ask for them not to, they just didn’t. It was like a maze finding our room. The hotel was split in some very weird way. You better not need to rush to your room for anything as it takes ages to get 2 lifts in 2 different areas which were also very slow.

The location was very good, easy access to the beach, not terribly far from the airport about 30-40mins depending on time of day. Lots of great Michelin star restaurants around. The rooms were okay, and breakfast was just okay too.

There’s an ongoing building works around the hotel so can be really noisy! The lifts are too slow and can be really busy as the builders are using it too especially the lifts near my room. The indoor pool was small.

There were loads of shops around the hotel, bus stops nearby, 10 mins walk from the church and booked it as half board and the dinner was great, lots of variety whilst the breakfast is pretty samey (eggs, bacon, sausage and baked beans). There’s loads of different cakes as well for desserts.

Unfortunately we arrived during a refurbishment period (which we were not advised about) construction noise and mess, 2 of the 4 restaurants closed too, car parking reservation was missed to. We were relocated to a quieter room thankfully.

Rooms were comfortable, staff excellent 👌

The hams didn't look fresh. Probably it was, but the structure and look was like almost week old. We were not informed in prior, that hotel will be under reconstruction.

Breakfasts were satisfied enough. There were several options what to choose, from typical "egg&bacon", some salami and hams, cheese, etc. Unexpected variant of juice was pine apple juice, for me it was very pleasant.

First night we got a room with direct view to the ac shaft. I don't care about the room but the nonstop noise was terrible. Also the hotel is under reconstruction so it was noisy and messy sometimes.

Water pressure in bathroom was poor. Ordered double-bed, but get two single beds side by side. I saw a big cockroach nearby indoor pool, under sunbeds.

The hotel was great. The room was big enough, the cleanliness was excellent and the personnel was the best. Everyone was very kind and helpful. The only concern was the noise due to the reconstructions that are done. Maybe they could start later in the morning as people are on holiday and want to sleep more. Another thing is the food from the hotel. We bought vouchers in the forts night but we found it really expensive compared to the food you could have at other restaurants. Normally the food where you don t eat a la cart but you eat what you find should be cheaper than menu a la cart.

The rooms are not so soundproof. We werent able to use the hotel parking because it was full…

We had the surprise to have the breakfast included and it was a nice buffet. The rooftop pool was also a really nice plus.

Did not have a parking place in hotel and it was very hard to find parking places near hotel.. WiFi was very slow... It was very inconvenient to live in 2nd wing as need to go downstairs to garage, cross long corridor and then again elevator to lobby..

Breakfast and dinner was good. Rooftop and inside pools was nice.

We booked parking space for a car and got confirmation email, but when we get at hotel- there were no parking space for our private transport. Nobody can't explain. A floor in room was never cleaned while we stay there (3 nights)!! But in the reception say that floor is cleaned every day :D at least towels were changed. I disappointed about problem solving.

Personal find for us a double bed room ( we booked two single and one sofa bed room), it's for us was main necessary condition. It was really nice! That's why maybe another facilities not so necessary, and I'm not sad about this. Breakfast - great variety. Dinner- ordinary.

The balcony doors have unusual locks that don't feel particularly secure. The staff kept knocking and would enter the room even though I had my do not disturb sign on and I was in the room. As a solo traveller, this made me uncomfortable.

The location was good. The room and facilities were great. Clean and modern. The front desk staff were very helpful; assisting with booking tours (which some can pick you up from the hotel down the road) and any other queries.

We had 2 single beds pushed together rather then a double bed. There was quiet a lot of noise during our stay from construction, people, fire alarms and the extraction system.

Good facilities, clean and friendly staff. Nice spar and the pool is great.
