The room was very spacious, and I liked the quirky decor. The location was terrific, very close to shops and restaurants. Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice, and I was offered tailor-made eggs every day.

Everything. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. They even packed sandwiches as i had an early flight. The hotel is spotlessly clean, in the perfect location and very beautiful. The room was amazing. Breakfast is good quality and lots of choice.

There was no electric kettle in the room but the girls at reception kindly made tea for me. Lots of steps to get to and from the hotel but that’s Valletta!

Lovely boutique hotel in the middle of the old town of Valletta. The staff are absolutely fantastic - extremely helpful, friendly and professional. We stayed in the top floor apartment with the roof terrace, which was very well equipped and comfortable, with great views over the city and harbour in two directions. Short walk to sights, restaurants and bars. If you come with a car, the multi storey car park in Floriana is just a few minutes walk away and costs 12 euros a day.

All the staff were excellent, so helpful. The location was perfect, and the view from the top floor room was stunning. The breakfast was delicious, including home made cakes and pastries.

The staff were excellent and the rooms were beautiful and clean. Loved the bathroom. The breakfast was amazing and thoroughly enjoyed by all of us. We could easily walk to all of our destinations in Valletta. A really good location and easy to find.

The shower in our room was a bit difficult. Depending on the time of day, sometimes it went cold or barely any water came out. Sometimes it was absolutely fine.

A beautiful hotel, in an excellent location! Our room was lovely and very comfortable. There are great bars and restaurants nearby. The breakfast was delicious and had a good amount of choice. Finally, the staff were absolutely fantastic! So helpful and friendly throughout our stay.

It’s a bit strange that the toilet is not separated from the bedroom (in the grand deluxe double room).

The staff in this hotel is amazing - everyone is extremely kind, helpful and polite. The location of the hotel is also perfect. It is situated on one of the prettiest streets in Valletta and offers a quick access to all must-see sites in the city and to the bus station.

A beautiful and modest luxury boutique hotel. Staff went above and beyond what we were expecting. We stayed in a gorgeous suite with everything we needed. Location (right in the heart of Valletta) was perfect and made everything so convenient!

Everything, mainly the staff. Everybody did his/her best. (Or more.) Fact: in this period of the year there was almost no other guests but us. So they gave us a really high discount, and so my reference is a much cheaper hotel. Even then I give them 5* :-)

If I had to nitpick, I didn't like that there was no electric kettle in the room. I had to go to reception to get hot water.

I like the location as it is very near the Valletta city centre and accessible to places of interest. The staff were also very helpful and attentive, particularly Ana. The hotel is also very clean and well maintained. If I go back to Malta, I will definitely book the same hotel.

No lights in middle area of room ceiling very dark needs even mood lighting in this area Safety deposit box did not work 😒 instructions didn't make sense showed office staff who said would get back to us we were staying for 3 nights still wasn't working 😕
