We liked everything!

Where do I begin! As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Antonio who was waiting for us in front of the guest house. The guesthouse is so beautiful and smelled amazing. It is decorated with rustic traditional Maltese furniture and pieces. The kitchen/dining area is lovely and there's a pool as well. When we entered our bedroom once again we could smell the cleanliness in the room and it was spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy and we slept well. In the morning Antonio greeted us with home made breakfast which was abundant and delicious. We especially loved his scrambled egg and avocado on toast. We had a long conversation in Italian and really enjoyed his company. Bernadette came during breakfast and we could see how dedicated she is towards the guesthouse. She furnished the guest house herself and takes care of the cleaning personally. She is a lovely person and is very hardworking. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again. Nothing bad, just be aware that the location is one km from the city center but you can easily get there on foot at any time of day.

Antonio runs Il figolla b&b with great passion, you can discover how dedicated he his to his job just entering the house. It's warmly furnished, there's a pool and the room is big, clean and comfortable. Don't miss the breakfast because Antonio will give you fresh and local food cooked in front of you; morevover he's a great communicator and can provide you all the info to enjoy your stay.

Antonio and Bernadette are super nice and welcoming. Their place is a hidden treasure behind the entrance door. Nice, warm atmosphere, beautiful details, decorations which they have collected over the years. Combination of stone walls and wooden furniture is perfectly chosen. Everywhere was clean and everything was perfect. We enjoyed the breakfast inside and also outside by the pool and good coffee with a pleasant view of the sea. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom is spacey and well decorated.

Lighting in the room could be better, especially in the bathroom.

The farmhouse was very cosy, clean and the room had ample space for a family of 3. Breakfast was good and hosts were exceptional. Antonio replied to every message sent. Will surely recommend.

The only thing we didn't like too much were the soft beds - our backs are used to harder ones 🙃.

Antonio is a great host. The guest house is a beautiful place, the room was clean and nicely furnished, there was a pleasant smell througout the guest house. Breakfast was very tasty, many things to choose from, and a delicious cake as a bonus!
