I can’t recommend this property highly enough. The view from my balcony was breathtaking. Very peaceful. Enjoyed sitting outside in my balcony early in the morning, listening to the birds and other animals close by. Breakfast was very good too and there was quite a selection of everything. The host Ornella is lovely and makes you eggs in the morning too. Parking was easy outside the property. There is also a supermarket within a minute walk.

Be prepared for some noises in the morning as there are several chicken coops around.

The rooms have a marvelous view over the valley and you look exactly on the Citadel in Victoria. They are comfortable, nicely furnished and a good working AC. We stayed for 3 nights and the breakfast was different every time and freshly served by Ornella. Ornella is a very nice host and can give you some recommendations.

Ornella, the host, is just lovely. She does anything to make her guests feel comfortable. The breakfast is fabulous and made with love. The house is a little bit outside of town- center what gives you absolute quietness and peace what we really appreciated. 100% recommendation!

If the pool could have been available in the evening that would have been perfect. But the rest was great.

Nice view over the valley, quiet and well positioned. The pool is perfect for those morning and afternoon swims to cool off.

Ornella was the perfect host, and looked after us so well throughout our stay. The property and our excellent room on the top floor had great facilities, a stunning view from its terrace, and was a great base from which to explore the island. The pool was a welcome delight, after a day out in the heat, and the mini bar was kept well stocked with cold drinks, beers and wine. Ornella's great advice, help and recommendations ensured we had an enjoyable and fulfilling stay. We will definitely return.

It was quiet. It was on a bus route so very easy to get around. The host was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely.

The accommodation meets absolutely all the conditions you need for a perfect stay. Everything is clean, very comfortable bad, nicely arranged, with taste. It is located in a quiet area, it is a pleasure to relax on the terrace with the pool or even the balcony of the room, both with a beautiful view of the valley. It is very well positioned, being close to Marsalforn, beaches and other places to visit in Gozo where you can get very easily either by ATV/Motor Scooter or by local buses. And Ornella, the host, made sure to make our stay there a pleasure. She is very involved, attentive to details, she helps you with absolutely everything you need, she is simply a wonderful presence. And the breakfast prepared by her was very good. Thanks for everything, Ornella!

We had a lovely stay at Ta' Giljan. Very tasty breakfast with different savoury and sweet options available everyday all home made by Ornella the hostess, who was kind and welcoming. Clean and comfortable room with a big balcony and access to a pool. Relaxing atmosphere with a gorgeous view and surroundings. Short walk into Xaghra and Marsalforn for restaurants, you can also get the bus as there is a bus stop next to the B&B. Would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting Gozo.

We loved the place except that it does not have a lift for the upper floors.

Room was spacious, airy and since we were in the upper floor we had more room. The bedroom had a terrace overlooking the breath taking views of the valley. Breakfast was very good... perhaps some more options when it comes to egg preparation? like benedict, omelette ..or english breakfast? :) Bathroom was spacious and water in the shower had good pressure.

Ornella is the most gracious host you can imagine: very caring and helpful. She prepared an extra breakfast for us when we left very early for diving. The deluxe room is very spacious and has a great view.

Ta Giljan is a beautiful house in a peaceful area with stunning views over the valley, in a very convenient location if you are traveling with public transport: it was really exactly what we needed for a peaceful and relaxing short holiday! Ornella is a welcoming and attentive host, who prepared us a wonderful breakfast every morning, as well as very good appetizers and drinks (best Prosecco ever!) that we enjoyed on the terrace with wonderful sunset! The bed was also extremely comfortable. We spent a wonderful time there and highly recommend this place!
