This is more of a suggestion than a complaint. The balcony in room 303 doesn't have stays fitted to the windows so, while you can open the windows, you can't keep them open. I noticed that the balcony in room 304 does have stays and so the people staying were able to keep a window open for fresh air. Could this be done for room 303?

Great location at the quieter end of Archbishop Street and yet still close to Republic and Merchant Streets, where the lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were all very friendly, helpful and welcoming. My room, 303, was spacious and comfortable with a very comfortable bed and a very good ensuite bathroom. The free Wi-Fi was good & a secure network. The room had tea & coffee making facilities, including a fancy Nespresso machine. The breakfast buffet was lovely.

We had a marvellous stay at the Capital Boutique Hotel. We had a deluxe double room with balcony, with good space and a view to the street, in an excellent location to visit the centre. The staff is very friendly and approchable, all of them. Breakfast is good and varied. Highly recommended !

The room could have had more places to hang towels and coats - there was open space on the walls for rods or hooks.

Comfortable, clean, well-equipped room, excellent location for walking around Old Valletta, very friendly staff, lovely amenities in the lobby (coffee/tea, drinks, snacks, tourism brochures) and delicious breakfast buffet, including eggs made to order.

A couple of mornings the rolls from the buffet appeared not to be fresh. On one day our towels were not replaced and left wet in the bathroom and we had to ask for replacements.

Excellent choice for breakfast in the form a buffet, but hot fresh choice of egg s were available. Staff very attentive and friendly at the table. The staff couldn't have done more and if we needed something then it was brought to our room. All the staff were a credit to the hotel. Also we enjoyed the on-the-house drink and nibbles each evening.

absolutely awesome everything! excellent room, friendly stuff, very good breakfast! we came to celebrate our marriage anniversary (38 years!) and it was really touching to get greetings from the staff - tasty cake, prosecco in the room on the house and warm wishes from personnel! we didnt expect it - it was a very kind surprise!

Breakfast was fantastic, and location of the hotel was perfect. Also they recommemded a great place to park, so having the car and finding a space was easy. Can't say enough about the hotel staff. Always a smile, always helpful and had great suggestions for restaurants. I wish every hotel had staff like this one!

Absolutely 10/10. Cannot fault the hotel at all. Would definitely return and cannot recommend enough. We really enjoyed our stay there. There is nothing that we would suggest needs improving.

Exceptional and beautiful hotel in a great location in old town Valletta. The room was large and spotless. Staff were friendly and approachable. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. Great coffee.

Very friendly and professional staff A really good breakfast selection Room was very comfortable Hotel had a lift which made it easy Location was very good We in fact stayed here twice during our time in Malta and really enjoyed it. In the evenings the hotel put on free drinks and nibbles for the guests, which was a great idea and we made some new friends while here. It was really appreciated and highlighted how good the staff and the hotel were
