Rooms are starting to look a little tired

The staff were so nice and helpful, breakfast was excellent, and we had a meal in the restaurant in the evening that was also very good. the Location is second to none, all the main sightseeing is within walking distance and the ferries for 3 cities Gozo and Sliema. Jacuzzi on the roof is a bonus after a long day it's nice to relax.

I wish the jacuzzi could have been a little warmer, so that it could be used in the evening or afternoon while looking over the city. It was fine only on the hottest day until the sun moved away, so it would have been nice to be able to adjust the temperature so it was more usable [it was empty most days because it is also windy on the terrace so a hotter water would have been perfect] I also wish there was service to the jacuzzi, (the restaurant of the hotelseems to be closed during the afternoon), however the hotel is bang in the centre of many food places so we just brought our own food and drinks up.

Hotel is in a great location in Valetta - easy to walk around, find food, take the ferry, bars etc. The room was also a very good size and the bed comfortable. The only light was from a window in the inner courtyard but that is to be expected if staying in an old city. Otherwise really liked the stay. There was also a jacuzzi on the roof terrace which we enjoyed and was great to have

Communication between the reception staff and the restaurant with regard to table booking and getting the table you wanted. Also not clear the restaurant (other than for breakfast) is a separate entity so you had to pay after dining and not put it on the room. There is a pay on arrival policy which some guests might find unusual.

Staff are friendly and helpful, professional. The decor is attractive and the room was spacious. Location is right in the heart of historic Valletta and near lots of bars and restaurants also. Breakfast is served rather than a buffet with a good range of options which you can also mix and match to suit your self. There is a nice rooftop terrace with seating, sunbeds and a jacuzzi plus showers and toilets. The hotel is very quiet.

the location is excellent - it is in the centre of valletta, less than a minute away from the Co-Cathedral, surrounded by restaurants, cafes and bars. Overall, good value for money.

Bathroom had a not so good smell coming from the shower drain. Room telephone was not working properly, so we could not call front desk. But overall very good experience.

Good location specially if you are not driving. Close to the restaurants and bars. Nice breakfast. You can choose from a menu with several different options. Our room was a duplex one, with 2 queen beds, one on the main floor and one on the mezzanine. Very comfortable place.

The roof terrace was open but facilities were not fully. No umbrellas were available for shade, it was 26 degrees at the time of our visit. The rooftop 'tub' (advertised as open and heated in low season) was not in operation at all, apparently broken, although we were not advised in advance. We were offered a ticket to a beach club 20 mins away with a small ferry ride but this option did not really facilitate a short relax in between seeing the beautiful city of Valletta. The streets around the hotel are filled with gorgeous little shops, cafes and small bars which spill out onto the steps outside.

The staff were super friendly and helpful; we arrived very early (but had notified them in advance), they were happy to let us check into the room within 20 minutes of arrival after checking the room was clean and supplying us with tea, coffee and local cookies whilst we waited. The room was a little smaller than it looked in the pictures but the terrace with 4 chairs and a table (cushions were provided) was a lovely bonus. It would be even better the outdoor furniture was a little more comfortable to relax on. Lovely hotel with exceptional staff, most helpful and kind. A spacious room with lovely terrace, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at the end of the day. Breakfast at the restaurant, delicious, nice variety, and cooked to order. All round wonderful stay!

The location was fantastic, a few hundred meters from the Cathedral. Our suite was huge, very tastefully designed and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served in the restaurant at street level and was very very good and we had dinner there on several occasions throughout our stay. The staff at the hotel and restaurant were all very friendly and efficient. We will definitely return.

Hot tub wasn’t in use and we weren’t advised in advance. There was a ‘leak’ in the reception area; unfortunate and awkward but didn’t dampen our stay.

Perfectly located, clean, stylish rooms and friendly accommodating staff. Breakfast was lovely and everything was in easy walking distance. Would definitely recommend and return.
