There was nothing not to like!

The reception staff were so welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was amazing both in quality and choice. The views from the top floor restaurant (all meals) were great.

There was some work done to the pool so was closed off for maintenance but was a bit cold to go swim anyway.

View on the rooftop was stunning. Room was so clean and beautiful and staff were lovely.

The only tiny thing we didn’t like is that breakfast starts quite late comparing to other hotels (7.30).

Clean and modern rooms, great location within walking distance from all main attractions in Valetta, great breakfast with variety of options, nice and helpful staff.

Check in for room could have been better, and a shame that the pool was out of bounds. Also, the bar was out of function on both floors with no real guidance.

It didn’t disturb us, but the windows in the room are not soundproof.

The property is perfectly located in the city center of Valletta. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, the breakfast offers loads of options for a great start of the day with a magnificent view from the rooftop. The team at the reception desk is simply amazing and definitely contributed to our fantastic stay in Valletta and Malta.

Something to improve would if they can build a ramp instead of a tiny lift up to the reception from the entrance. But again I would be just nitpicking.

The property is amazing, but why? 1. Location: It is one of the best location possible in Valletta. All attractions are in walkable distance. The neighbourhood is safe, lots of eateries around. 2. Staff: They are superb, never had an experience before where staffs(receptionists, servers, housekeeping) were so helpful, cheerful, accommodative and considerate. I would rate hotel 11 out of 10 just because of them. 3. Breakfast: It was a diverse menu, something for vegetarian, and meat lovers. Taste wise was also good. The breakfast is served at 7th floor, it has an amazing view of the historical city. 4. Room: The size was quite good enough, with a view of the city. A tiny balcony to have coffee for 2. The bathrooms was beautiful too. Overall the interior of the room and bathroom was great. Aesthetically pleasant.

Disappointed that the swimming pool was closed for a fortnight due to improvement. It announced it on their website but ont on Booking.com’s site. Didn’t find out until after the booking. Also, it was very noisy outside the hotel at weekends although the hotel offered to change our room for a quieter one.

Hotel facilities were particularly good with large comfortable room. Staff were exceptional, often helping to plan our day, giving us useful information on travel.

It is in the very middle of Valletta, great if you want people and movement, awful if you love it quiet. Beware the rooms facing to the outside, they receive full street noises. Parking is far away, so take small suitcases or arrange special assistance.

Very helpful and kind staff, particularly at night. Great rooms, fully equipped, cozy beds. Amazing breakfast, some of the best you can get for that money.

Lots of street noise, even with earplugs it was noisy.

Everything, absolute best place to stay. The rooms are massive, the staff are incredible. I mentioned it was my birthday and they surprised me with a cake and card. They looked after me so much. The breakfast was amazing, so much variety - I literally can’t fault it. Best place and highly recommend.

Is next to a few bars so the nightlife can get too loud and a bit annoying.

We just missed a lounge area in the first floor for our friends to wait. Cars weren’t allowed to drive you until the front door of the hotel, but it wasn’t a problem as the hotel was within short distance.

The staff were so friendly, the beds super comfortable and the room quite spacious. The cinema in the same building was very handy for rainy dates as all the movies were in English. The roof top restaurant was great and the breakfast had a great variety of dishes and breads.

A bit noisy till late at night from music down on the street (rooms with outside windows only). Room too hot and aircon not adjustable (rooms facing courtyard only) - missed the natural light)

I’d say that check in process might be slightly more efficient I.e. I was requested to fulfil the form with my passport and contact details although the hotel had the data already 🤷‍♂️bit strange
