If anything the light in the bathroom, over the mirror, can be improved.

Love the location and the big room, clean and comfortable. Very nice and helpful staff both in the hotel and breakfast room. Location is near public transport, ferry, sightseeing buses and bouts. The breakfast have a little of everything and I promise you don’t leave hungry 🤤. Nice decoration in the room on my birthday 🎉.

Mini fridge does not cool even water

Large spacious room, comfortable beds , modern bathroom . The cooler or mini fridge is only a show piece - never get cool. Breakfast is reasonable and good . Restaurant staff and the hotel receptionist are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff are extremely good .

We hadn't realized that we would be staying in a noisy area, but the double(triple?) glazing did a fantastic job in keeping the noise out. After seeing a room with a fantastic harbour view I think we may have paid to upgrade. Our room had a view of a concrete wall, though we did sit out on the balcony!

The breakfast was average but the staff were very attentive and welcoming.

Awesome location, close to so many ferry stops (either to get to Valetta or to explore the island by ferry tour). View from the room amazing (if you get one 🤭 ). Staff is friendly, room was very clean, bed comfortable. Would definately stay again.

It would be great if the hotel would provide slippers, the floor is really cold. Breakfast is good but exactly the same offer every day.

Location is great, the room is big enough and spacious, clean and it's nice to have equipment for making coffee or tea.

Breakfast was very poor , wouldn’t be replenished after 9:30 even though breakfast was served till 10:30. No shower door or curtain so water went all over the floor in the bathroom.

- Booked a city view, but unfortunately, on the 9th floor we could only see the back of someones house/room, which meant we were overlooked, so we had the curtains closed all the time. Balcony was not used for said reasons of the view of a concrete wall and being directly overlooked from neighbouring doors/windows opposite. - There is only one lift, which means you have to wait a few minutes to get the lift (around breakfast time) -Would have been nice to have a safe/secure luggage store, we did not leave our luggage for the day at check-out as it seemed all cases/bags were just left in the foyer/lobby. A locked room would have made us feel more comfortable. - You cannot sit at the desk and do your makeup as there is no mirror - which i think would be useful as there isn't enough room either side of sink to place your makeup. So had to do hair and makeup standing up at the floor length mirror. - Liquid hand soap would have been nice at the sink (bar only). - Air con a little hard to navigate, and beds not the comfiest.

Very clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Fairly modern decor with a nice shower. Built in combo shower gel/shampoo in the shower - (bring conditioner for your hair washing). Portable hairdryer provided. Iron and ironing board available upon request. Fridge and electric safe in the room. Refreshing to have a double wardrobe with enough space to hang all your clothes and enough hangers. Floor length mirror. Plug sockets either side of the bed. Rooms serviced daily. The breakfast is served in the hotel bar directly next door with polite staff to see you to your table. Continental breakfast included in our stay - hot eggs/bacon/sausage, fresh pastries, cereal, fruit juices and a coffee machine - its a help yourself buffet. Good security level, which requires card key access at main door. Card key access to hotel rooms. Always someone on reception greeting you every time and willing to share detail/location of local area. Hotel bar next door does good drinks, plays the sports on tv too. Good atmosphere. Hotel is located very centrally and easy to get to other parts of Malta. Ubers/bolts can pick you up right outside your hotel which is handy, especially if you have difficulty getting around. Affordable to stay here too and good value for money :-)

Pillows were either too high or too low, the bed was also very firm.

Great location for accessing both Sliema and Valletta. Clean and spacious room. Noise proof windows which was good as there are a lot of loud bars in the area. Large bed. Breakfast had a good selection. Great view!

We had depressing view on the backyard, we could see only the balcony opposite. Very unpleasant smell in the room.
