We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NetherlandsNot much, water in outside pool (infinity pool!) outside of season is ofcourse cold. But you can opt for the inside pool instead. Late check out not possible to arrange ahead of stay, you need to wait untill the day before to see if they have space. But they will 110% try to accommodate you, within the possibilities!
One of the best, if not the best check in experiences we have ever had!!! Facilities is one thing but it takes people to truelly make you feel welcome somewhere, this is where The Palace staff gets an 11 points out of 10. Special shout out for the amazing Sohaib (my hero!), Kaitlyn and Dutch girl( sorry didnt get your name). Room is amazingly big, soft bed, big balcony, nice work area, great shelf space, spacious bathroom etc etc. The view (pay extra for bay view, its worth it, see photo) of valetta is gorgious! If you have a celebration, opt for the extra packages they are well worth it, they prepare them with so much care and it will make your partner extra happy and they will give you all the credit ;-)

Customer service was TOP NOTCH! All the staff were amazing from the bar, restaurants, housekeeping, front desk. Exceptional service from Simba who went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I had originally wanted to stay for 2 days as I wasn’t sure if the hotel would be 5star standard however, customer service was so good, I decided to spend my entire time in Malta there and had a great time. Super comfortable, great view from my room, power shower, great pillows…
