Amazing location, food, staff, facilities, everything. Not a bad word to say about this place. We upgraded to the harbour view with balcony which we didn’t regret at all. This place is worth every penny! Make sure to have a drink by the pool at sunset one night.

Pool is 1.5 meters??? Why??? One cannot swim laps easily. Although big, it was more like a dipping pool. I was looking for a hotel with an exceptional pool, chose this hotel but was disappointed in the pool depth. One, only one of the staff we had a disappointing interaction with. A man on the phone yelled at my husband regarding getting our car. We did not realize that cars cannot be requested until the last minute due to outside hotel reduced parking options. I was not there to witness the encounter, but my husband, who is a Doctor, had to tell the particular gentleman to calm down. All other staff were exceptional.

Beautiful historic hotel, incredibly clean and comfortable. Staff mostly exceptional.Food good. Location excellent.

The room felt a little small and the idea that this is a superior quality room, was a bit of nonsense as I cannot imagine many of the rooms at the hotel being more basic. However, it was well equipped. The food in the hotel restaurants was expensive given the presentation and flavour of what we ate. It did not justify its cost.

The staff were very accommodating and made us feel comfortable. The location was excellent for exploring Valetta and the rest of Malta. The weather was great, hot and dry.

Housekeeping needs improvement and also bad timing. Its not acceptable that late service is made while guests are showering.

Everything was fabulous. It's an expensive hotel, however you are truely looked after.

Beautiful Hotel with old world charm. Fabulous buffet breakfast on a terrace overlooking the garden and the bay. Charming well kept gardens with an amazing infinity pool. The Hotel is just outside the city gates, making it a great location to see Valletta. The hotel is a true 5 star hotel in every way.
