Really relaxing space, great facilities, lovely hosts

Nothing, this place really deserves a visit!

We liked everything. The entire structure i extremely cozy, carefully designed and furnished with a strong feeling of quality and sense of taste. The room was large enough for two people. Air conditioned was great, and having the nespresso machine in the room was largely appreciated. Position is excellent and the owners, Magdalena and Robin are super polite and always keen to support us when needed. Fully recommended.

The room was not only charming but also efficient. There was everything I needed. Magda and Robin were both very helpful in providing information about Malta, how best to get around, etc...

The room is not very soundproof, which isn’t a huge problem, because it’s not too noisy.

The house is SO dreamy and colorful, the kitchen and bathroom and unreal. The location is great, too. Ferry station is less than 5 minutes away. The hosts are great too.

I loved the house because it has an authentic Maltese feel to it. The hosts were very nice & prompt to our requests. It is close to the ferry, restaurants and shops.

Our experience at Tinja was Superb! we loved everything about it : great design, excellent location, comfortable, super clean, amazing and friendly hosts. We will surely stay here again. If you are looking for the best place in Malta this is the one.

It was all great. Perhaps some recommendations for local restaurants?

The location was great for me as travelling solo: 5 min walk to ferry to Valetta and other sea-based tours. Lovely view across to Valletta from down the road. Quiet location too and very peaceful in room (no TV). Clearly communicated self-check in which worked well.

The only downside was bed, which is too small and bit too short. The spring mattress would preferably be made of foam not to jump on every rotation from side to side😅 the other strange thing was noise from to the bathroom in the middle of the night which made us wake up every time it turned on.

The bathroom doesn't have a door: if you are in a long term relationship, this may not be a problem, but if you are at the beginning, you might have to think about this for a moment :) A lot of mosquitoes, so the windows should be closed at all time.

The house is very beautiful, an old Maltese house with high ceiling. The location is perfect, close to the bus stations Ferries (1-5) and to the Sliema-Valletta ferry, but its not on the main street so you have quite at night. Easy access via airport through X2 bus. Big room, with a fridge and AC, self check-in/out. Nice hosts.

The accommodation had a really nice mood. The room was clean and had everything we needed (AC, towels, soap for handwash, coffee machine). The location was great for night life, restaurants and the public transport too. Hosts offered us some typical Maltese pastries. We could leave our luggage after check out as long as we needed. Great stay.

Attentively decorated and very charming home. Perfect location. Very friendly and helpful hosts and very pet friendly. We regretted not being able to stay longer and would not hesitate to return.

The bathroom could be slightly awkward as the toilet chain broke and then the sink is in the middle and wobbles if you touch it but nothing major.

Cute place, right near the Main Street in sliema where you get the boats and buses. Bed was comfy and room was big. The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful and friendly.

- interior design - beautiful rooms - close to restaurants - close to bus stops - nearby really tasty bakery - helpful and friendly owners - if you want you can prepare meals in common kitchen - this place is just wonderful

Our bed was a bit small and not so comfortable but nothing too annoying.

Magdalena and Robin were super nice people and willing to help with everything (like mosquitos during a night).

Our room with bathroom did not have a door in between; even a courtain would be apreciated.

Amazing classic maltese house, deliciously refurbished, the 2 hosts are lovely people. Very nice forniture, room with fridge, nespressso cofeebrew, very good wifi, no TV (a plus for us), keyless (only codes needed). The house is very central in Tignè, a few metres from bus stop to Valletta. St.Julian is within walking distance. The triqs where house Is located are very characteristic.
