The welcome video sent by WhatsApp was perfect for entering the apartment. The entire apartment was top notch - from the kitchen, the sitting room, and both bathrooms. No complaints.

Massive apartment directly in the centre of Valletta. Equal distance to both ferries and between the fort and entrance to Valletta. Squares surround the building and St John’s co- cathedral is just around the corner.

The room (Studio) was a little smaller than expected, the funiture seemed a little unbalanced, there was a full size kitchen fridge freezer, but one drawer and one cupboard for clothes that didn't hang (there was lots of hanging space. We were staying for 8 days, that may have been a factor.

Whatsapp video instructions and helpful communication eased us into the holiday, the location in Valletta is exceptional, everything right outside the door. A problem with the water heater was fixed within a couple of hours (these things happen). Cleanliness was top notch and the service 6 days a week kept the room spotless.

With being so central, the location is in a bustling area and there is some occasional noise from the various cafes and bars - although it's distant and non-problematic (even for our 11 month old daughter)

Exceptional location, it could not be more central. Lovely apartment and spotlessly clean. The check-in experience was simple, communication was good and the host was very accommodating of one or two specific questions/requests we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the duplex apartment and would highly recommend U Collection.

Great host, good communication. Location spot on, in the centre of the Old Town, down a picturesque street. Everything in walking distance. Great apartment and amenities, everything you need if you want a few meals at base. Very clean, highly recommend. Lovely owner, on hand immediately via Whatsapp also if we needed him.

the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom, this is not shown on the images, but this was very difficult for my mum to climb as there is no handrail. I think it would be a good idea to add a handrail as elderly or disabled people will struggle with this and they would have to sleep on the sofa bed in the lounge area. I also think it would be a good idea to add this in the description for the penthouse an show some images. I think check out should be 12pm like most places, as 10am seems a little early.

We stayed two nights in the penthouse apartment, and it was lovely. The location is great, right in the heart of Valletta with lots of shops, cafes and restaurants on your doorstep and unbelievable views. Umberto was great, and very helpful when I had a couple of minor issues he responded quite quickly. The hot tub was nice and easy to use. We would definatly return in the future.

The music and the area is too noisy if you want to rest, but if you are up to visiting the island and just come home late, it is perfect

The place is close to the centre of Valletta, amenities, restaurants. Very clean. Daily visit from the cleaner. A bit noisy due to the restaurants nerby. I highly recommend the place.

Sort of misunderstanding on the booking.com site which says that check-in is 00.00-00.00, or 24 hours, which is why we chose the place with our early morning flight. Check-in, however, is only possible from 3pm. Luckily, we were kindly invited by Umberto to leave our luggage before that time. Thanks for that!
