The lock on the front door operates via a code that doesn’t have that many possible combinations which I found unsettling. Otherwise perfect apartment.

There wasn't much to complain about but practically there are a couple of recommendations: 1) There were tea bags and coffee pods but no milk - would it be possible to leave out some small UHT milk pots (these don't go off either)? 2) As with most places I've stayed there's very little by way of recycling so I'd always recommend a separate bin for recyclables (which would be subsequently recycled!). 3) It would have been really helpful to have a place to hang out towels for drying. There weren't many hooks around.

Valletta Collection was an ideal place to stay during our time in Valletta. Before we arrived we received clear instructions and very helpful recommendations. When we got to Valletta, the apartment was easy to find and it was in a clean and tidy condition - some nice little decor pieces too. It was a bonus to have a comfy bed for the nights we stayed! In respect to location, Valletta is quite a small place so I imagine most places would be considered 'central' but the Valletta Collection apartment was minutes from restaurants, coffee shops, attractions... everything! All in all, very pleased with our stay.

Bit of a struggle to get luggage up the stairs but not unexpected for an old town apartment.

Lovely apartment in the perfect location to access everything that this amazing city offers. Restaurants and shops galore down the main road with a supermarket and food hall right across the street. Great facilities and amenities with good communication from the host. Loved our stay. Be sure to visit Mdina - easy to get to by bus.

This was one of the best apartments I have stayed in my travels in Europe. Spacious, clean, modern furniture. It had everything you can think you may need. Coffee, tea, water and a bottle of wine - provided for free. Excellent communication with the owner, and very easy check in. Highly reccommended!

Perfect location - steps away from everything, beautiful apartment, well stocked kitchen, washing machine, helpful manager. Just be prepared for the stairs- 4 flights up. If that's ok, you can't get a better place.

Nothing really. A little difficult access if you have large cases, a short walk <100 metres fron the road drop off point. But all area in Valletta have to cope with access through narrow roads

Quaint and historic, lots of charm, nicely modernized great shower good kitchenette with good utensils etc. generally quiet neighborhood central in the middle of Valletta. Great being bext to the is Suq Tal Belt, easy for proviions.

The only thing that prevented me from giving a 10/10 ( and this is not a negative on the part of the host, it's the type of building of which there are many in Valletta) is that our apartment was on the 4th floor. We had 81 steps to climb up a winding staircase. It was bearable during our stay but quite an ordeal lugging 2 large suitcases up and down at the beginning and end of our stay. Younger people probably won't find this an issue but we're in our mid 60's and not as fit as we were unfortunately.

The location was perfect. In the centre of Valletta next to the food court and close to many bars and restaurants. Vallettas' many attractions were within a 5 minute walk due to it's central location. The apartment was superbly equipped with everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom had a superb shower. We had a lovely view over the city and could also see part of the Grand Harbour from our room. The host (Chu) provided us with a welcome bottle of wine and a couple of bottles of water on check in ,and also when our room was refreshed halfway through our stay. This was a lovely and much appreciated gesture.

Rather spartan and very few places to put anything ie hooks surfaces in bathroom. and bedroom. Also the couch was very small and uncomfortable.

More light is needed in the living room, and it is strange there are no TV programmes at all, but in the end several days without TV turned out to be great. Don't touch the walls with your clothes because you will have white marks on your clothes. Fourth floor without an elevator could be challenging for some people, we considered it to be a good exercise

Everything was fine, perhaps there could be more wall outlets with USB connection or some adapters prepared in the room, but we were recommended to bring adapters with us, so this is not a complaint at all. We like to meet the host personally, but we understand this is not a hotel with reception and one day we could meet or lovely host.

Location is excellent, the building is nicely renovated, the apartment is also very nice and cozy. The door locking mechanism was strange in the beginning, but got used to it quickly and was very convenient. There's no reception, but all our questions were quickly answered through booking.com messaging. A nice gift was waiting for us and we have also been provided with wealth of information.

The location of the apartment is extremely great...Essentially we walked to the churches we wanted to visit, to restaurants where we had dinners, to different local bars for drinks etc...we walked everywhere from that location and the cafe, sandwiches and drinks at La Crema and the Valetta Food Market next door were fantastic. Thank you

Exceptionally clean and well equipped. A very comfortable bed and excellent shower. The location is great, a couple of minutes walk from the cathedral and the Grand Masters Palace, yet quiet at night. The complimentary wine, tea, coffee and condiments were much appreciated. The excellent food market next door is very handy and supplied everything we needed, and I can recommend the cafe on the corner, La Crema for their delicious pancakes for breakfast.

Noises from outside kept us up until late and woke us up early in the morning. We didn't sleep so well. The balcony didn't have any added value for us as we couldn't use it to sit down, relax and there was no view.

The location was great. The apartment was clean, spacious and the bed was very comfortable. We requested pick up service from and to the airport, which was very reliable and convenient. We loved the Netflix login option and the extra blankets for lounging on the couch were a very nice touch.

You could hear people in upstairs apartment from time to time but everyone was very respectful of others and the quite times from 10pm to 10am.

The location of the apartments was perfect. Supermarket right across the alley. Great restaurants near by and everything within good walking distance. The apartments were great - comfy beds, good kitchen, washing/drying machine was a bonus. We did have some flights of stairs but that’s pretty common and it wasn’t a problem. The communications from the complex’s manager were great - solid helpful info leading up to our stay, good general info, timely messages and helpful once we were there too.
