No slippers in the room, no bathing robes (others had them), 2/3 nights housekeeping forgot to put all the towels in the bathrom.. but after calling the receptiob, we recieved them immediately

Everything was perfect and there was nothing to complain about. The problem may be that there is too much traffic on the road because there are too many cars. The Maltese authorities must resolve this as soon as possible. Also, a problem for older people is the configuration of the city itself - many climbs at incredible angles. The place is executive if you need to get in better condition for climbing Mt Everest!.

The hotel is phenomenal and deserves five stars. It is located in an ideal location from where there are many opportunities to visit neighboring towns and cities. The hotel serves an incredibly good breakfast and there is something for everyone. The hotel has one outdoor pool on the eighth floor and another indoor smaller pool on the seventh floor. Extremely pleasant hotel, very clean and tidy with extremely friendly staff. Since the hotel itself is located at the very top of Sliema, wherever you go down to the coast you will come across a nicely decorated promenade and there are also numerous bus stops. Bus traffic works well, but one fact should be kept in mind: THERE IS A LOT OF AUTOMOBILES AND EVERYTHING IS RESISTANT! A city bus covers a distance of about 30 kilometers in about an hour and twenty minutes!. It took us 30 minutes from the hotel ado airport (it's about 7 km)!. The water from the tap is not drinkable, but it is bacteriologically correct. Malta should be visited because of its interesting history, but keep in mind that it is not a destination for swimming!.

The staff was very friendly and helped in everything. The breakfast was rich and for dinner we had to visit the neighbour 5* hotel, where we could choose from a variety of dishes. Loved every minute of it.

Continental breakfast everyday got a bit boring after a few days. Would have liked a better variety in options, more local options and mixed with other cuisines. The buffet dinner at the place hotel was pricey and of lower quality. Missed a small local Cafe near the restaurant, closest seemed to be about 10 minutes walk away. Would be great with guarantee of single beds when traveling as friends.

Easily one of the best hotels I've been too. Walking distance to the board walk and ferries, cafes. Amazing service, the people working at the breakfast and cleaning staff deserve a really big up. 👏 Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Great with access to both and indoor and rooftop pool. Saunas accessible as well. Gym was also good! Perfect for a hotel. The temptasian restaurant was really, really good and affordable. Would easily have spent more meals there if we had more time :) Room was bigger and better than in the images

A lot of roadworks going on -this made driving to and from hotel awkward.

Great parking on site. Very friendly staff. Rooms have been refurbished. Extremely comfortable bed. Complimentary water daily and excellent daily housekeeping service

It was hard not to find anything we didn’t like at the hotel. On thing we have to say which was quite disappointing was when we asked if the hotel reception good book us a taxi back to the airport ,the hotel went online and booked the taxi for us and the price was very expensive at 90 euros and 80 cents for our less than 30 minutes journey to the airport ,we cancelled this and booked a good local taxi for 20 euros!!!

The hotel was in an easy walk to the harbour of Selima . The selection at breakfast and the evening meal was really good and very good waiting staff

One of the beds was broken, it squeaked and wasn,t very confortable for my husband. The breakfast could be better. We did't like the scrambled eggs at all but the sunny side up eggs were ok.

The room was very big and had beautiful view. The bathroom had everything you need and more. The indoor pool was heated (yet a little too little for us). The hotel is situated in a perfect spot, very near to a lot of restaurents.
