ItalyUnfortunately this could be a really cute hotel. The outside area is cute but is in desperate need of cleaning. Deck chairs were too dirty that one was put off sitting on them( all that was needed was a good cleaning product and brush to clean them, they are plastic. . The same for the pool. This would be my advice to the owners , pay more attention to these details and the hotel would be splendid. It would benefit from a bit of paint here and there. railing outside the room etc. Even though the room was acceptably clean, again more attention here and it would look much better. Curtains cleaned and fixed, a bit falling of the rail. Furniture needed fixed. Light switch , one switch missing ,so the finger went right in the hole. Didn't try the breakfast so can't comment.
The staff were very kind and helpful. I was upgraded to a penthouse on arrival as they had no appartments available and was allowed to stay there. Very Kind. The room also had a washing machine ,a bit old but working. Ask for hairdryer at reception. A short walk up to the main bust station in Bugibba . Also a bus stop right across the road more or less with bus directly to the airport. A few decent restaurants and cafes nearby. A supermarket near the hotel. Download BOLT app for taxi service in Malta , cheaper abd super quick. We used it from the airport 11 euro cheaper than the airport taxi.

United KingdomOn our first morning the toilet was leaking, the whole bathroom was completely soaked so I managed to slip, I tried to phone reception nobody answered, I’ve gone down to ask them to fix it which they did later on the day but it started to leak again. The oven didn’t work. £10 deposit for everything: aircon, hairdryer, tv remote etc. Swimming pool water didn’t look too clean and the sun beds were really dirty. No proper bedsheets and towels looked very old and used.
The location, some of the staff was friendly. Because we didn’t spend so much time inside anyway it was an acceptable place to sleep.

HungaryThere was no bedlinen on the blankets, which was a bit strange. The pool cannot be used after 8.00 pm. Disgusting, dirty sunbeds. The receptionist guy couldn’t book transfer/taxi to the airport, so we had to bother with it ourselves. The furniture is dusty, the cleaning stuff should pay more attention to details and not just the surfaces one can immediately see. A bit run-down place but no so bad.
We didn’t ask for breakfast, so can’t tell about it. The complex as a whole was quite okay for the price, though a bit old-fashioned. Fantastic location, wonderful view to the sea and the pool. The surroundigs are peaceful, no clubs or discos in the neighbourhood. Bus stops are a few steps away.

HungaryThe access to the internet from the room was not avaible. Our room had a mobile air conditioner, which operated in the first few days after that it did not work properly, and the nights were really hot. The room was clean, but the accessories was very minimal. And we really did sorry how the fridge was. It only had one shelf and was in a not so good condition.
The location was perfect, our priority was to have easy access to the beaches. The stuff was friendly and helpfull.

Czech Republic- the thing on top of the stove was very dirty, the AC was also dirty but at least it worked - possibly bed bug bites, I got some on the 4th night after getting "clean sheets" but it was only few so I didn't think much of it and did not connect it to sheets, but last day when I was leaving I was bitten all over my legs, stomach, arms and back. I have not find the bug itself in the bed though. - FREE PARKING here does not mean private parking, but parking on the street, which can be a challenge since it is a tourist spot. We had to park further away few times.
the price realy good compared to others and place of the accomodation was close to some touristic beaches if someone wants that :) also it is close to the Aquarium, a like the beautiful pool, looked clean but I did not have a chance to swim in it I was out all day, also liked the big room it was really spacious and there was a hallway to the bathroom which gave a lot of privacy. + close to bus station that I needed - direction north and back was fine

They didn’t change our towels for 7 days, so neither once. We asked them twice to do that, but second time they told us that “we have rejected clean towels and sheets”. Lithuania1. Room cleaning. We have stayed 24 December - 3 January and have got only 1 time room cleaning. We asked it so many times for room cleaning but have got one answer only - "Tomorrow"; 2. FinlandThe place is VERY old, mold everywhere, the room smells like very strong insects poison, may be freshly treated! The air-conditioning doesn't work, they provided a heater the second day, though we slept in cold the first day (because the night staff couldn't do anything). Elevator was SUPER noisy, couldn't sleep well because it sounded very very loud (it is maybe 30 years old). All in all was livable, but not that recommended.
The location is good, not perfect though, bathroom was clean and big, they get us heater after the air-conditioning didn't work. Price was good.

PolandThe only source of light in the evening were very bright overhead lamps, it felt like interrogation room. The free parking is on the street, if you can find it - late November it took from 5 to 15 minutes to find a space. The enclosed picture is view from our windows.

United KingdomI was moved from my original room to a larger room and shared with a friend. Despite being old and shabby, furniture broken ie: balcony chairs ,some plug sockets that didn't work ,flooded blocked balcony, cooker shorting out or door handles breaking .the apartment main sitting area was OK.the beds were too hard so couldn't sleep at night.
The staff were brilliant and friendly and tried to fix things ASAP. I liked the sea view from large balcony where you could watch dolphin's swimming in the bay and shelter from the rains when it comes is torrential. The location was great and walking distance to Aquarium and lovely restaurants only 5-10 minutes away. Views were lovely and bus service fantastic with bus stop right outside.
