Filthy destination in general, disappointed...trash in front of the hotel, dogs poop outside the gate of the hotel, due to windy days was getting all the dust and trash to the terrace of the hotel, cos there's no gate that can provide protection

Location...I don't know, but it was so difficult to find a parking place, mission impossible almost, and it is not the full season yet

all was terrible, bad service, bad staff, looks different than in photos, there was water everywhere in the appartment, dark, no wifi working . we even preferred to lose one night at the end because we did not wanted to stay there more time

Choosing this hotel was a huge mistake !!! The first evening nothing worked, light in the bathroom or air conditioning, the room was terrible. I tried to arrange a room change, but it is said that the hotel is completely full (which was not true). The light in the bathroom was repaired the next day, but otherwise nothing else changed - the equipment dilapidated, the incredible stench in the room, the insects in the bathroom, the kitchen counter disgusting, the dirt in the closet that we didn't even dare to put things there. In addition, the room was on the ground floor, we did not fit on the balcony and the balcony was right on the sidewalk, whoever walked into the hotel as if it passed through our room. The smell in the bathroom, mold all over the walls, and water from higher floors flowed into the skylight outside the window. Along with the garbage there was, the smell was unbearable. Throughout the stay, I asked them to clean our room, the lady at the reception told me that she would clean every 3 days, but with us until the 3rd emergency they changed towels once and stopped. Garbage removal or floor wiping did not take place at all. The hotel's access was really zero, I asked for the shortcomings to be rectified in person at the reception 3 times, I wrote accommodation 3 from the right to Booking, but nothing happened at all, we were all ignored. If we knew what awaited us at the hotel, we would NEVER go there, believe me. Honeymoon, when all the inhabitants of the hotel walk through your room and you can't even close the windows due to the stench, nobody really wants that. This was a holiday of horror. I would definitely NOT recommend anyone to go to this hotel at all. Vybrat si tento hotel byl obrovský omyl !!! Smrad, rozpadlé vybavení, v koupelně plíseň. Snažila jsem se domluvit výměnu pokoje, ale prý je hotel zcela plný (což ale nebyla pravda). Uklízí prý každý 3. den, ale nám až po 3 urgenci pouze vyměnili ručníky.

We had few ants on the floor, but it is not a biggie. We were just wondering how they managed to get to the 5th floor

For the price we paid, it was really the best standard, that you can get. Also, the personnel is very helpful and kind. We got a view directly to the sea and we had a small kitchen, a private bathroom included in our room.

The apartment needs an overhaul. The built in hob didn't work & we had to use a portable one. There were mattresses and broken airers and furniture on the terrace, these certainly should have been taken away. The curtains had seen better days ! But it's been a rough couple of years for hotels, so hard to upgrade with no income. I had booked it partly because it has a restaurant advertised but this was now closed. In fairness many places seemed not to have survived the pandemic on Malta, and this was a good place, nothing terrible and a good price.

Fantastic building and plenty of space in the penthouse we had. The location is away from the main area of St Pauls, but within walking distance. There are shops within a few meters of the complex and we recommend the butchers "The meat up" which was a short distance away. There is a lift to the Penthouse thankfully ! There were a lot of reviews saying the Wifi was no good, we had no problems and were running TV off it, it buffered occasionally. As it is a login not directly to a router you might want to use a VPN. Staff were lovely.

The sofas seem dirty/stained. The bed cover blaket same. Pillows are very old (but pillowcase and sheets/linen clean and soft.). Towels old (but clean and material works to soak up water, not synthetic.) Wardrobe inside has old smell. Sofa matresses very thin only maybe somehow okay for people who weight less than 60kg. The lift when its called makes a sudden loud voice if you sleep in livingroom can scare you or wake you up.The whole apartman has an outdated mixed up interior. The balcony did not have the nice vibe like on photo (Block A room 602 Penthouse.) because plants are dryed out/dead. And everything was dusty on balcony. Not much comfort (on sofa)or beauty in interior, but you can make it work if you just need a cheaper place to spend nights.We where there end of April 2022.

The price is very good for Penthouse.The location is good. People at reception very nice. Coffee place 2 min. away. Small Pub 3 min. away. Big local Grocery shop half min. away. Cafe del mar 5 euro bolt drive away.The size of the room is good and plenty of wardrobe. 2 sofas and 2 balcony for BlockA,room 602 Penthouse. View from big balcony is quite nice. Kitchen with microwave. Always hot water for shower. Heater present if needed. Extra blankets and pillows there. Cleaning service willing to give extra towel.

Stayed for one month, housekeeping never changed linens or cleaned the apartment, they just replaced towels, kitchen in very bad conditions and not enough utensils. Maintenance overall is inexistence. Internet fails every day. Commun areas very dirtys as well and not mantain. Requested invoice of my stay several times and couldn t get it. Do not recommend at all!

The bar at the reception is quite good, we had breakfast there, which was also exceptional, it totally worth it. It was good to wake up watching that pool, there was 2 grocery store at about 100 m, so we've enjoyed our staying.

Nothing really for the price... I suppose the TV had a very limited range of channels, I could only watch Sky News. Slightly damp smell in the studio this time but it was on the ground floor with a swimming pool opposite so not surprising.

This was my second stay here. The studios are a good size, very reasonably priced, with all the facilities needed for self-catering, plus balconies. Shops and bus stops are convenient, with a view of the sea directly outside.
