- the apartment was really large and bright - with a large terrace - we did have very noisy neighbours downstairs but that is not something the owner can do anything about :-) - well equipped kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms with good working AC - laundry machine on terrace of 2nd bedroom, we didn't use it but good to have - dishwasher in kitchen - we did have a smell of the drain but the owner tried to fix it, it was a lot better after but not gone - the apartment looks really nice but furniture etc is getting a bit worn out, like the chairs outside - but all in all a nice place to come back to in the evening after diving all day - the location was perfect, close to pereybere public beach and our dive club - 5 min walk from the supermarket! - underground private parking - there was a pool but we did not use (as we were in the water all day diving ;-)), it looked nice - I recommend this place for sure if you want to visit pereybere & beach!

When you have suitcases you will need to go up some stairs but that is not something that the staff can prevent obviously they can not install a whole elevator but it is more that you keep it in mind to either bring your suitcases one at a time upstairs.

Spacious, good location and friendly staff. Very helpfull. Nice spot in Mauritius to see the north. Perfect for families. Everything you need to make yourself at home. Very friendly staff from the owners, to the cleaning and the watchman.

Clean, modern self catering unit on main road. Short distance from shops, etc. You can walk to the main public beach or catch public transport or a taxi. Easy to get to Grand-Baie from the unit. Recommend for small families

As we are an older couple not having a lift was difficult. Getting suitcases from the basement garage to flat 6 wasn’t easy. Need clearer information on using / dealing with internet connection and smart television.

loved the location. Felt very safe. Bright modern apartment beautifully cared for by two lovely ladies ( Kushboo and Karishma.) who helped us sort out the internet. loved having a washing machine as it meant we could easily wash and dry towels and clothes prior to flying home. really liked having a basement car park as it meant the car was always cool.

The Internet on the third day frequently went down and then back up even after restating the router. It's kind of out of the host hands so I wouldn't hold this against him. The cleaner collected the money and we were over charged by a thousand rupees although I don't think this was on purpose. None of this put me off all in all I would 100 percent stay here again!

Comfort. Everything we needed in fantastic condition. The host clearly cares about his property and keeps it clean and well looked after. Very modern design too. High quality alliances by big reputable brands. Very difficult to fault the apartment.

The apartment has modern furniture, securized and close to all commodities (supermarket, restaurant,car rental...) and Pereybere beach. The owner and staff are very communicative and respectful.

There is currently construction just across the road. They did not work during the night but during the day it got a bit noisy. There is a main road in front of the building that gets a bit busy and noisy. It's not busy all day though. Both of these issues did not ruin our stay and we would definitely stay there again.

1. The kitchen is stocked very well. A lot of glasses, cups, plates, cutlery etc. They also had a knife sharpener, bottle opener, nice pots and pans, a Nespresso machine etc. 2. The apartment is located in a good location. Close to a great beach (for tanning and swimming), a supermarket and restaurants. 3. The apartment in general was very clean. 4. The apartment is styled very nicely (comfy couches, big TV and cool coffee table). 5. We received our key without any issues from the super friendly watchman. 6. The balcony is big and has a table big enough to seat 6 people. 7. There are aircons in the bedrooms which was very much needed as it was very warm during our stay. 8. There is secure parking underground. 9. The shared pool is very nice and has super comfy lounge chairs. It was a very pleasant stay. If you are looking to stay in an apartment that is spacious enough for 2 to 4 people I can totally recommend it. The host is also very responsive and friendly.

The cleaning provided only includes sweeping the floors. The floors aren’t mopped after it was swept. The sheets/pillow cases aren’t changed. Just bare in mind that washing the dishes is not part of the cleaning too. The toilet sink isn’t cleaned for you either.

The property is spacious and looks exactly like the pictures. It is in close proximity to the beach, local restaurants, and a grocery store.

Kitchen never had a kitting knife or variety of cutlery you would need. Bathroom rail was broken..couldn't hang towels.

Loved the location. Lots of restaurants around and close to lovely beaches.

we had to ask for sheets because in the bed they only had the main cover which was very rough.
