There are a very small fridge. The apartment is designed to accommodate 8 people, and the refrigerator is really for 2-4 people. The drawers for the freezer are broken. Generally very old appliances that need to be replaced. The internet in the apartment is good, but it doesn't reach the back room. The air conditioner in the living room did not cool, only blew like a fan. The apartments do not provide shampoo, conditioner or shower gel. You definitely need to have a car to go to a store or restaurant.

We were accommodated in 4-room apartments on the second floor, apartment number A6. Each room has its own bathroom with toilet. Huge terrace overlooking the courtyard and the sea. Pool/beach towels are provided. Cleaning was done every day - they took out the garbage, cleaned the floor, made the bed. Each apartment has its own parking place.

The view was lovely and the pool was amazing!!! Was a nice quieter area away from the noisier tourist locations like grand baie. The beach outside is not really a swimming beach. Would recommend a short bus or taxi trip to mont choisy beach (10mins away).

The staff were so attentive, helpful especially as a cyclone came in and we didn't know what to do. The staff manager and cleaner were so friendly and helpful. Loved the view from the apartment. Great walking in the area, excellent restaurants and also a fantastic pool on site!

Ocean view not crash hot, a few things needed fixing on arrival, no WiFi for 1st few days, fan on balcony not working for whole stay, cockroaches during whole stay little ones but plenty of them guess it's nature of rental properties in Mauritius.

Nice apartments, pool is a bit small but nice outlook over the beach, not all ocean view apartments are equal based on view, ours ordinary ocean view, bedrooms comfortable master large all with nice bathrooms. Kitchen.is ok not a fan of the combined convection and microwave but passable. No toaster though.

The complex was quite far from supermarket and there wasn’t a restaurant on site. There were a few restaurants within walking distance but none that served breakfast, so we needed to hire a car. It is great location if u have car, otherwise too remote

The location of the apartments for me wasn't nice, not close enough to walk to shops and nice beaches. The best closest swimming beach is Trou auX biches wich is about a 2km drive, closest grocery shop for most of your needs is 1.6km. Some local restaurants close by but not of the best quality. Doesn't have a holiday vibe as the beach in front of Bon Azur is horrible, can't swim there at all, and beach not clean to put towel. No nice vibe in front

This was our last stay of our trip in Mauritius and we are happy that we chose this apartment as the last one. Super well equipped modern apartment. We had also nice view to the ocean. The living room have air conditioning unit as well. The manager and the cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful.

Just some observations & misrepresented ratings. I stayed for 19 days at the above Sea facing Apartments. This is my 3rd visit to your lovely island, & am used to staying at properly rated 5 star hotels as Inter Continental & Ravanella Attitude in the north. They were unfortunately all fully booked. Your website states 5 star for the above Apartments but I disagree with the services rendered. Herewith my observations: 1- Apartment B1 in Bon Azur needs a complete make-over. All old furniture’s & appliances that just does not work.( Have seen other Apartments in same complex, looking more modern & appropriate. 2- Your customer concierge should change his title to " Catch me if you can" Everything related to maintenance ( & there is a lot), must be repeated 3 -4 times, & then you have to find another means to get issues attended to like, speak yourself to maintenance staff on premises or to chamber maids. You must hear from him that he has 4 Complexes to run with only 3 chamber maids. OR, he just checked in 8 Saudi families in one night. What does that got to do with me. Then damn employ more ppl! I too run a business. If it is peak season/holidays don't try to save costs. Customer service should take priority. It seems if you are French speaking, Arab you get preference. Your pricing is not a 50 Dollar per night accommodation. On one occasion I had to point out to him a dead fly laying on same spot in bathroom for 3 days! Chamber maids just mop ( if you can call it mopping: dragging mob across the floor does not qualify as cleaning & mopping), & wash a few dishes & off. We are Muslims & pray 5 times a day. Clean towels a major problem. For a family of 4- 6 ppl Clean towels a major problem. For a family of 4- 6 ppl getting clean towels the Tuesday from last Friday is unhygienic. TV's , Air con, Wi- fi all problematic.

As soon as we checked in one the main big room Air conditioning didn’t work. we complain about that we were told it gonna get fixed which not fixed at all during our stay and one of us need to sleep in sofa. we did complain via booking.com too but we not even got any response from there too.

I asked for a ground floor apartment. i was given a first floor apartment far from the beach front. They said because I booked through booking.com i can't choose where I stay. I am genius level 2, but any one can book lower rates by booking from mobile phone. The discount displayed as genius level 2 is a scam.
