The check in staff on reception and concierge were extremely professional and knowledgeable along with excellent service around the pools and housekeeping were brilliant. I highly recommend the Asian restaurant for dinner, the food was delicious. We will most certainly be returning.

Wow! We are so grateful that we could experience such hospitality and service for our honeymoon. It truly exceeded our expectations. We were of course greeted with some cold ice tea to check-in, unfortunately the room was not yet ready, they offered us lunch at one of the restaurants. And wow! that lunch was amazing. The room we had was on some water/pond, and was so relaxing, and the bed just felt like a cloud. Honestly the service was impeccable at any given moment. There was alot of free activities that you could participate in (incl. water skiing/wake boarding/canoeing/kayaking/paddle boarding/tennis).

United KingdomThis is one of the best hotels that we have experienced - every comfort is thought of, every facility provided that guests might wish for, to make their stay extra comfortable. The property is beautifully laid out with elegant gardens and stylish rooms and public areas. Two swimming pools ( a family pool and a "lap pool"), a lovely beach with attentive beach butlers, three restaurants of different character with 5-star food plus special "themed" nights which were most enjoyable - and a delicious breakfast every morning. We hired the catamaran for a private sunset cruise with snorkelling in the lagoon - highlight of our stay at the Prince Maurice.

We had a wonderful honeymoon at this hotel. We blown away by the level of service where staff members went above and beyond to make us comfortable - on a different level to anywhere else. The architecture and design is perfect. The beach was incredible with shallow warm water and we used the spa facilities which were top end. We had a half board package which included all three restaurants which was great, no surprises or hidden costs. Akshada looked after us as soon as we arrived. Special mention to our expert sommelier Jaisen who had incredible expertise and was kind enough to show us the hotel’s wine cellar. Sen from Archibel restaurant showed so much hospitality especially when my wife was unwell on the last couple days. We will be coming back 100% and definitely the best resort we’ve stayed at.

LuxembourgWe think that the hotel lacks evening entertainment and since the hotel offers three restaurants, we would prefer the main restaurant to provide a buffet every evening. If the client prefers alla carte then they would have the option of the other two. We felt we were eating the same thing every night due to the alla carte option. We also felt we had to fight for pool beds based on the fact that we had a child that was not allowed in the lap pool, and as such only had the option of one pool and too few pool beds.
What stood out the most was the kind attention the staff always provided. Particular thank you to Mr. Mehess and Mr. Yella at breakfast, then a special thank you also to Mr. Nishal, Mr. Preetam and Mr. Reetesh for their kind attention. Also special thanks to the lovely ladies at the kids club. The hotel is very pleasant, lovely beach, lovely setting, everything provided for. Would absolutely recommend it

PolandThere were a few minor issues during our stay, most of them attributed to insufficient qualification of some waiters and excessive number of junior staff members. It looks like some kind of state-sponsored employment program — which I am fully supportive of — however, the issue here is that whatever you want, there is always a new face, and you never know if the information flows as expected. Sometimes you are allowed to eat after lunch time, and sometimes you are not. Sometimes they offer bread, and sometimes they forget. Dishes and drinks are being casually mixed up, and so are checks. We asked for a coffee on departure, which was confirmed twice, but we never got it. And the attitude of some ladies in “Asian” restaurant was consistently negative. None of that is critical, but looks like a low hanging fruit for the hotel management should they wish to improve further. Also, despite the sand beach being great, there are seaweeds in the water, and the water itself is not very transparent. This is how the nature works, so I cannot really complain — but be aware that Prince Maurice is overall not the best place for swimming in the ocean. Still 10/10.
Fantastic 5* resort! Our junior suite was clean and spacious and conveniently located next to a swimming pool. The hotel is 25 years old, but it is kept in a pristine condition. There are a lot of top-class amenities and a number of high-quality restaurants — we liked every dish we had during our stay. Both swimming pools are exceptional, and there is a wine cellar and a sauna. Above all, we enjoyed a library. You literally have to go for One&Only, which is in a totally different price range, to (slightly) beat Prince Maurice when it comes to the quality of the facility. Senior staff members in WhatsApp concierge service (such as Imtiaz, Yash and Phoung) are qualified and helpful with reservation of restaurants and activities. When our return flight was cancelled due to a strike, they managed to prolong our stay for one night — despite a short notice and low availability during high season. We specifically looked for a hideaway resort, hence we enjoyed the distant location of Prince Maurice and absolute silence at nights. Those looking for nightlife and Mauritian street vibes should consider hotels located in the coastal towns.

Lithuania- nothing worth mentioning, I wish we have spent there more time instead of other 5* resorts in Mauritius. This was the highlight of our trip and the only one we would like to come back. - expensive (but worth it).
+ wow what a service 10/10. + I loved the room and spacious bathroom. + very calm resort, good layout, true luxury, not crowded. + amazing treatment for kids, food selection for them is great, not only fried/processed/burger/pizza foods like in other resorts, also kids up to 7 or 8 y.o. eat free (another great decision by the hotel) welcome gifts, check out gifts :D The management get's that happy kid = happy parent = satisfied customer. + floating restaurant was good experience, very nice walk leading to it. + a la carte and not buffet lunch and dinner is the BEST decision ever, also not wasting tons of food. We arrived from 5star Buffet resorts for the last 10 days, absolutely tired of it. + Even for breakfast buffet the selection was really about the quality not the quantity, good coffee.
