The room was dark so no many light It is an old style design

I found the dinner buffet bland and expensive. We found it difficult to get a price if you weren’t full board. We we unable to get a reservation for Al a carte restaurant during our stay which would have been our preference as we do not like buffet food in general and only eat one plate. Staff were very friendly

We experienced a few issues on checking in but what really impressed was the positive way the Management responded , they came and spoke to me about the issues and immediatly resolved them. Its natural that sometimes things go wrong but the way they reacted more than demonstrated their customer focus. Well done to the team ....

Great, calm and quiet little hotel with exceptionally kind staff. We are vegetarian and the kitchen chef always made sure to check whether we had enough to eat, he even went out of his way to prepare extra things for us when the buffet was light on veggie options.

I would have personally loved to have more local food rather than International buffets., but fully acknowledge how hard it is to make it everyone right in terms of eating in a hotel.

didn’t like the matrass in our family room, and pillows(way too soft). also Airconditioner is placed right near the bed so it’s almost impossible to use it overnight.

the stuff is very welcome and helpful. they can fulfill any of your request, almost. They will help you as much as they can. Beach is right from the hotel.

Food was repettitive, however this is to be expected somehow in an all inclusive resort, the main problem was the lack of diversity and the quality ofthe food which was pretty avarage. We had a special dinner as part of our honeymoon offer which was much better than what we had for the rest of our stay. Some of the staff looked unhappy and not keen.

Superb location, lovely beach right on the hotel premises, some of the staff would go way beyond to make your holiday great, Sam on the bar was very professional and friendly aswell, Coco and Pravin in the main restaurant also very kind and helpful.

this hotel is really nice, the rooms are big and clean, the bed are also good. the beach is beautiful and the staff very helpful the kids club is small but nice with many activities!

Need a better selection of wine, current available on their drinks menu really below average wines. No canoes/paddling boats available from resort.

Smaller resort so more personalized experience. Great kids klub. They offer free transfers to Ile aux cerfs and glassbottom boat tripfrom sister hotel a 10min walk away. Decent snorkelling from the beach. Great effort made by staff to ensure a memorable new years eve

The food. It is what it is, and there were some ok choices, but we did not really enjoy the food.

It is a cute hotel with a really relaxed ambiance and a beautiful beach. We really enjoyed our stay.

The making of the rooms started really late most days in the afternoon. At the beach i would have a waiter helping with drinks from the curtesy bar.

Location was fine staff were excellent and always helpful. place is well laid out.

Food facility in the hotel was not great as not much selection at the buffet. Thank god we didn't go for all inclusive. Location of the hotelwas quite far from the tourist attractions or entertainment.

hotel staff very helpful and nice. Spacious rooms. The hotel is situated on a very nice beach (it is windy in the winter season, but the sunbeds are also behind the plexiglass wall). Very good food. Dinner at the Kot Nou restaurant is a must !!!!

Excellent reception with Karene and Thaarish. Great buffets with spicy sauces and fermented chilis, as chili eggs in morning by Chef Jonathan. Afternoon tea,. Beach bar run by Nishan. GREAT BEACH1

The dinner at Kot Nou restaurant is not so good. In my opinion the food at the buffet is better.

The rooms and outside areas are very well clean. The hotel promotes the protection of Mauritius eco systems. They use bio products for cleaning and avoid the use of plastic. The food at the buffet is very good and the choices are different everyday so you won't be bored if you have an all inclusive deal.
