A wonderful house in a great location, a short distance from the sea and yet in a completely quiet location. The villa is perfectly equipped and the hostess was very helpful. Definitely recommend and would love to return in the future.

Nothing at all to complain about.

We had a very warm welcome by the owner and she explained everything we need to know about the house and its facilities. The house is spacious and all rooms are furnished individually. The master bedroom with wardrobe and bathroom was just fantastic. So much space and every little detail was just perfect. Cindy was always reacting in very short time to help us, e.g. finding a taxi driver (I can strongly recommend Ajay in Grand Baie) or give us information on restaurants or shops. Her house is a perfect place to stay in Grand Baie, just a few meters away from La Croisette. The house has everything you might need, starting with hairdryer and ending with a washing machine, which was very much appreciated. The pool outside is another highlight and we spent quite some relaxing time there. It was even cleaned twice a week. We will hopefully come back to enjoy a holiday there.

Absolutely beautiful well furnished villa very close to Grand Baie… from the moment we were welcomed and taken for a tour we knew we had picked a gem. Cindy the host was amazing.. helped us with whatever we needed… Location it’s close to everything you could possibly need from beaches to restaurants, shopping mall and supermarkets… everything is walking distance even though we had a car. Private pool was an added bonus. Could not keep the kids out of it. Definitely a 10/10 for us and we will definitely be hiring out on our return trips to Maurice 🇲🇺

These are minor points, but the space outside is minimal. We didn't get to enjoy the upstairs balcony due to lack of furniture and we didn't want to move existing furniture in case we damaged anything. This, however, was not a deal breaker for us.

The inside space was elegant, classy and spacious. The kitchen and living areas were clean and comfortable. The main bedroom was exceptional. The villa is also very close to local restaurants, sites and beaches.

Everything was perfect.

Had a wonderful stay here with family. We were pleasantly surprised when we received a warm welcome from Cindy. The villa is in real life so much more beautiful and spacious than the pictures make it seem. Highly recommend to stay here while enjoying the beautiful north of Mauritius

At first we felt that the villa may be in a residential area, situated too far from the beach. However, once we were settled & familiar with the area. All amenities & the beaches were only a short walk away.

We arrived very late due to the flights we arrived on , our hosts were gracious enough to meet us very late that night and take us through the property The accommodation was appointed with the latest home equipment in the kitchen and TV room

Although the main bathroom is stunning, for our entire 7 night stay we were unable to use the bathtub due to a broken plug meaning it would drain away. This issue was reported within hours of checking in & the host made no attempt to come out to fix it for us. I found the response really disappointing as it was a long stay and we booked looking to relax in the villa. The shower door also leaks so we needed to clean up after every use to avoid a nasty accident should either of us slipped in the puddles!

Ventilation in bathrooms. Lots of keys for closing all doors, system takes time to remember. No coffee machine, but host left us instant coffee for free. Thanks for this.

Very cosy villa with lot´s of space. Comfortable beds. Nice private pool. Well equipped kitchen. Good location next to Shopping and Restaurants. Sea in walking distance. Very helpful host. This Villa was just for us, we liked it and recommend.

Our stay at HappInès Villa was exceptional from booking to checking out. We travelled in rather uncertain times with travel bans being implemented, flights cancelled and moved. Cindy was amazing checking in on our plans and being flexible. We wanted to stay an extra night but could not due to personal circumstances. The property was even better than the pictures. The place is very tastefully decorated and well equipped with quality (and new) appliances throughout. There is a TV room with various satellite options, a great sound system and a comfy couch. The laundry room was spacious with everything needed. All the bedrooms and the TV room had air-conditioning. The main bedroom and bathroom looked like out of a catalogue :) We enjoyed the outside area with the pool and sitting area (in fact that is where we spent most of our time). There is a beautiful outside shower as well. The location was great with Grand Baie La Croissette, Super U and some of the best boulangeries & patisseries around. It is also not far from the beach but we hardly left the property. We also had a domestic worker and the pool maintenance person come in while we were. We certainly will be back!

The Accomodation was absolutely beautiful and contained all the creature comforts. A cleaning lady and pool guy was provided and it was just an absolute pleasure to just stay in and enjoy. It is also within walking distance to a really excellent mall and restaurants. The owners are the most welcoming, accommodating, warm people. Thank you so much Cindy!

Property was a little difficult to find at first but we eventually found it with the help of the owner. I would suggest look for the large yellow building with an advertising billboard on top located on the street corner…..property is a few doors down from that.

Great accommodation for a party of 6 adults. Comfortable bedding and 3 bathrooms was wonderful for a large party of people. Accommodation was very close to shopping mall which included a supermarket.

No spices for cooking - no salt and pepper! I I would expect things like coffee, salt pepper to be there
