Needs updating and repairs done Inside and out and very overpriced for a budget Hotel and more information about the Hotel itself entertainment very far between but there is a Bar and restaurant called the Cloud rooftop attached to the hotel which is very good with music but didn’t find out till end of holiday so would be nice if they had leaflets left on reception for guests

Not much choice in food in the restaurant. The buffet and a la carte has not much options of food.

Room and location of the hotel is very fine, including the view to the beach. The food service unfortunately did not meet my expectations, including the three meals. Not enough variety in food.

No swimming beach. As much as the views allude to having direct access to a swimming beach - there is none. We had to leave the premises and walk approximately 200meters to get to the public beach. Extremely noisy rooftop bar that played music way past 10pm - which is apparently the agreed cut-off time. This was very annoying and went on from Friday through to Sunday during our stay. The breakfast buffet selection was mostly the same for the whole week with the dinner buffet limited and very traditional - lots of stews with similar tasting ingredients. There were no real seafood spoils. Something one would expect when experiencing an island holiday. Sporting amenities had to take place at the public beach next door. Only diving was available on the premises. There was construction taking place next door - a new building - not sure what the plan is.

Our ground floor sea-view unit boasted incredible sunsets and a tropical paradise beach setting simulation with beautiful palm trees and a reasonably sized swimming pool. There is a path to a small enclosed swimming beach, which is almost private that has no shade at all. It doesn’t seem to be regularly used by guests. The staff were interactive, engaging, very pleasant and helpful. Our unit was very clean and was equipped with the usual basic requirements.

Overall I like my stay. However, for breakfast, it would be nice if there is a bit more variety like a soup, some steamed potatoes/vegetables.

The room was quite noisy, I could hear people speak/walk in neighbouring rooms/outside.

The staff was lovely, extremely helpful and friendly. The location is amazing, right next to Pereybere beach. The private beach was a real plus for me. Breakfast buffet was tasty and elaborate.

We paid for room with sea view, but to many tree’s in front of balcony for us to see it. Not many restaurants open (off season) close to hotel.

Well.. the first feeling when you enter the reception area is that you have been in better places and this booking was a mistake. The rooms need a lot of repairs, the hotel obviously struggles with the maintenance of the whole place. Although it is a beach front property there isn't normal sand beach at the front of the hotel. The sun deck they have instead, feels like it will fall apart every moment and you feel uncomfortable walking on it. Lot's of mosquitos and flies all the time. We didn't find the area around the hotel attractive at all, there is literally nowhere to go, the roads don't even have sidewalks. There isn't a good beach around 10-15 km from the hotel in all directions, except the private beach left of the hotel, so we needed to travel every day. There is a public beach, but not very attractive. The hotel has a night club on top of the restaurant, so you may hear it till 11pm or more. There is a swimming pool, but the water was not clean or at least it does not look clean. The restaurant has very limited menu, but generally bearable. We have been asked to give a review of our stay, so we have shared all we didn't like, they are working on those issues, so maybe they could be resolved.

The rooms are spacious and well furnished, there is a almost private beach 20 m from the hotel, which we liked a lot. The hot water and the WiFi strength were superb. We booked the room with breakfast and dinner, which was ok, considering the fact that the local restaurants were not impressive and expensive. You can park your car inside the property. There are really good sunsets from the beach, so you can enjoy that from the beach chairs. The staff were great and we have received a great deal of hospitality from all, which compensated what we didn't like. Our room have been cleaned very well every day. If you need to budget your stay and insist to be in this area, probably the hotel is a good choice for few nights.

There was not any water in the room even for the first day. We needed to carry water to drink and the market is not very close the hotel.

The location is very good. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. Big and comfortable room and bed. The buffet has not much variety but delicious.

Comfy beds, big and well isolated rooms, when you close the windows it’s really quiet. We got good sleep. Beautiful garden, nice beaches left and right from the hotel, friendly and helpful staff at the reception, great location.

The breakfast was very disappointing. It was a buffet from a (bad) motorway service station in the 1970s: congealed eggs, greasy bacon, hard white toast etc. There was a choice of one fruit or maybe two every morning - I went to the market and saw quite how much choice there really is, so what was offered was pathetic. The noise (or the attitude to noise) was a problem. The restaurant staff turned the music on every morning at 0700, just loud enough to penetrate my "soundproof" windows. Every day. Then the cleaning ladies had a loud chat on their phones outside my door at the rear which was *not* soundproofed - and didn't even go elsewhere when I told her it was early and people were sleeping. The smoking area is between the restaurant and the sea so the sea breeze always carries the cigarette smoke into the tables. Not great. And the place just looks a bit tatty. It's a $50/night hotel. Not $150/night.

the bed was comfortable; the pillows were not. the shower had plenty of hot water. Josh the waiter at breakfast was friendly. The laundry came back same day every time. The sea is right there and the public beach is less than 100m. There are plenty of little restaurants and a few bars in the village, which is still very sweet.

People working there were super kind and helpful. Room was spacious and clean, they provided bed for our infant. Breakfast and dinner were well served and delicious. Our doorhandel broke down but they replaced it very soon.

Very standard breakfast. The basic only. Expresso was at extra cost. One type of yogurt. No punched eggs, etc. Staff was ok until I requested late checkout 1 hou late from the standard (11:00). It was declined. With reasons hotel been full. I doubt as we clearly saw it is low season and hotel had few guests only. Lack of flexibility and kindness. Will not recomendo to anyone. .
