It's my 4th visit at latitude and it's always a pleasure to be there. The apartment is very spacious and i had to say a special thanks to the cleaning team, they are amazing, and it is always a pleasure to talk to them.

Perfect place for a break from the hectic life. Staff are very professional and caring. Villa is well equipped and very spacious for our needs. A private small pool right in the terrace which is a plus if yiu don't want to go to the main pool which is situated on the beach front with a beautiful view of Rivière Noire , with all the fishing boats and Le Morne Mountain. Overall , place is well-maintained which made our stay more pleasant . The facilities is well secured with security guards. Well situated, close to Ruisseau Creole shopping center , London Way supermarket and other facilities. We enjoyed our stay and is highly recommended.

Noise from external air conditioner during night in our room. Broken wardrobes and other staff. Air conditioner remote not working.

The place is amazing. Beautiful view from patio to the harbour and Le Morne mountain and from the beautiful pool (which is not private as mentioned, but for all the guests). The patio is perfect place for BBQ.

Aircon in main room not working . Safe locked open so couldn’t use it. Lack of large glasses for gin and tonics or shandy mix.

The property does not have a good beachfront for swimming in the sea, but swimming beaches are not too far away. The property did make sun loungers available in specially prepared areas adjacent to the waterfront. There is also a big pool for cooling down.

Close (walking) proximity to nearby restaurants and shops. The property was clean, and the availability of airconditioning in each room was very welcome. Great proximity to the sea.

Wi-Fi in the main bedroom doesn’t work when the door is closed. The kitchen didn’t have basics such as sugar, salt, coffee/tea. The beach is not one to swim in. Kitchen tools weren’t very clean (glasses, pots, utensils, cloths)

The pool side had an amazing view. Showers worked perfectly in the rooms (which is rare when you book somewhere)

The plunge pool couldn’t be used because the water was pretty cold and in the shade all day long We had some ants in the kitchen, we called the stuff and they took care of most of them but some could still be found

Nice big house that’s more than enough to accommodate 6 persons, even though we were only 2. They give you cooking utensils and whatever you would need to make your own food. Haven’t used the pool of the premise but it seemed pretty nice. AC’s everywhere, you won’t get hot in this house.

The furniture are a bit too old and the wash bassin drawers were smelling like coakroach. Also, the side tables attached to one of the bedroom's bed were suspended(nearly broken). Could be really dangerous. Also, the checkout time is a bit too early. 12.30pm would be better.

The place setting was really nice. The apartment was very comfortable and all necessities available.

When we entered the house, the first thing that we noticed was that the kitchen was swarming with ants. The dining table was crawling with ants as well. There was even a gecko having a feast. The bedrooms had ants too although it was not as bad as the kitchen and dining area. We ended up spending the initial hour in the house cleaning up the pests. When it was time to cook, we spent more time washing the dishes, cutleries and cooking pans as they were simply too oily. The previous guests did not do a good job of cleaning them up properly. Some of the cooking pans had their Teflon coatings delaminated from their base. On checkout day, one of our bags was turned into an ant nest overnight! We had to spend an additional hour to remove the ants. This house is badly infested with ants. A pest control is needed before it can be rented out to future guests. Our holiday was supposed to be a relaxing trip, not to play as a role of pest control.

I guess this is a symptom of the location but I would advise that travellers bring their own mosquito and bug spray. Also there isn't a lot of shops around so stock up on things like loo roll before arrival.

We did not have a sea-facing room. Even though you can see the ocean, you have to drive to the beach to swim. It is also a bit of a walk to the nearest shopping centre. It is situated opposite a school as well. The cleaner comes every second day as well.

The apartment was spacious and beautiful. The common pool area was lovely. It was very peaceful at the apartment during our whole stay. Overall, it was lovely. The views were beautiful.

Apartment was not very clean. Towels were not clean. White towels with brown spots. Day that we arrived there were 2 drying rack with alot of wet towels. Cupboards inside and underneath beds full of dust. Walls dirty and definetly in need of paint. There is no mirrors in 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

Location very central. Resort very nice. Friendly staff. Swimming pools and garden clean and well looked after. Equipped with every thing you need.
