The hotel had lots of maintenance issues , cracked tiles , ceiling repairs . Also the corridor tiles had lots of insects and general dirt .Not sure why a light coloured floor tile for exterior corridors was chosen because without deep cleaning it is always going to look dirty . A recommendation would be that the hotel ensures that the facility manager has cleaning checklists in place to ensure that proper deep cleaning is done and not just sweeping . My biggest issue is that we had ordered non alcoholic mocktails for the kids at the pool and specifically told the waiter . However what was brought was alcoholic drinks which we only realised once the kids drank it and complained that the taste was “bitter”. Yes manager Dan did apologise but we are muslim and this is a major issue in our religion . Again why don’t waiters write down orders and barmen ensure they follow instructions . Waiters insist on memorising orders which will naturally result in mistakes .

1. My cleaner didn’t clean my bathroom mirrors. I cleaned them the day I arrived, I asked the Guest Manager to inform them and, they didn’t. They were only cleaned on Friday when there was a different cleaner. 2. I was promised that my packed breakfast would be arrange early morning of my checkout. I waited 20mins for it because no one arranged it.

The Indian staff tend to be rude compared to the local staff who were friendlier and warmer

Unfortunately our stay here was not what we hoped for. First when we arrived one of the sinks was clogged, The shower was smelling bad and the bathroom door locked so we had to wait for the engineering staff to come and fix it. The next day after housekeeping came they literally just cleaned the bed and left everything as it is. They didn’t mope the floor, trash can was not changed and the bathroom was not cleaned even the towels were dirty. I know this is a five star hotel but our experience says the opposite.

We tried 2 restaurants (waves and kumin) both were excellent.

Felt so unreal! The swimming pools were sooo beautiful, I thoroughly enjoyed watching the sunset by the poolside, the beach is private and had so many free activities like the glass bottom boat, kayaking etc The staff are so friendly and nice, especially Anniza She went over and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The restaurant had a lot of varieties and the food was really nice. I highly recommend !

We had very limited availability for restaurants as by the time we got to the hotel, most were fully booked. It will be better to allow guests to reserve a table in advance

The staff were incredibly nice The room facilities were fantastic, specifically the bed. We asked if we could buy the bedding, this shows how much we loved it I think :)

Restaurant food was overpriced and portions small. Breakfast buffet was good. I had to get 3 things fixed in my room upon arrival. People in the room next door were noisy late evening and night. There is nothing nearby that is in walking distance

The food was amazing and the staff special the supervisor of zoli mamzel Miss Vidoushi was very humble n nice..She decorated the table with flower that made us feel special..A big thank you to Vidoushi..

Some staff shirk work eg chefs working in the Nomad restaurant. Requests have to be made to the manager directly for action to be taken.

Staff are super great, hotel management are awesome too Vibes of the place are super great where we had to extend our stay for more nights.. big thanks to Lucixma &where she supports us in room 402 and Abdullah. I had a small injury in my knee, hotel management send us gift and wishs to recover along with all i need to recover, very positive stay I really had great successful experience.. No doubt we’re coming back soon.. Please ask me more if u need my feedback on this experience
