We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

South AfricaThe beautiful rooms require consistency in the cleaning approach. The shower door could have been more practical. The drinks were pricey, however enjoyed the creativity of the Mixologists. Unfortunately, the glass boat trip was underwhelming. This could have been more interactive
With a 4-kid squad, we absolutely treasured the Loving and Homely Kids Club, where Shirley, Jouana and Molly made a super impression. The Massage and spa treat was a fantastic experience, Devina. A special shout out to Nicolas for the Restaurant recommendations, and to “Chef K” at Nomad for the gluten-free and lactose-free menu options. Our waiter, Umesh at Kumin (Indian cuisine- a taste of , with experience of a myriad of Indian spices) was very attentive. Leonardo and Santy, were fantastic hosts at O Jade, which we visited twice because it was worthy.

SwitzerlandAt the reception the evening before check out at 20.30h I was asked to come back at 21.15h, because the receptionist was at dinner. When I came back, a couple was argueing the longest time with him becauae of their bill. A couple was waiting before me and after me came another 2 people queuing. I asked if hw could not call his manager to support, but he said he was finishing up with the dissussing couple. At then end all of us waited 30 minutes to be served. That is not okay.
Delicious breakfast. The staff make you feel at home, always smiling. Brinda in housekeeping was a star, and so were everyone else whose names I can't remember.

KuwaitThe buffet was not clean, the swimming pool was not clean, it was not warm, and the air conditioning was very weak The rooms need to take good care of insects and put insect repellent in every corner I know that the islands have a lot of insects, but most hotels deal with this thing and solve it, and there are many things they do to make the place comfortable.

We liked everything, view of our room was spectacular the beach , peacefulness , staff went over and above to help and welcome us , Highlight of our trip was Nomad restaurant it was few steps away from our beach front room ,we preferred having our breakfast lunch and dinner at nomad with the Ocean few , and wave sound , and special thanks to the chief Adesta G for his delicious meals ,specially the sea food menu was spectacular , he took that extra mile to even make special request for us, thank you for making our stay memorable .
