Everything was absolutely amazing. Kristen was really helpful and kind. He did help us a lot to find and track our baggage as Kenya airways delayed it and they were lost for two day. Also, he gave us some stuff like gel, suncream and soap to save us from buying them. Very good location and everything was really clean. I would 100% recommend this place.

Apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything you need - fridge with freezer, little kitchen, washing machine,WiFi.. location was great, few minutes from beach, 2 minutes from shop and bars and restaurants. It was also very well soundproofed.

The bed is firmer than I am used to and there's constant daytime noise from the lorries outside making deliveries to the supermarket. But that wasn't a problem for me as I wasn't there much during daytime.

Nice, clean and large apartment. The owner was very kind and helpful (he also came to pick us up at the bus stop when we arrived, because we got off in the wrong bus stop). The apartment is located 5 minutes walk from Flic and Flac public beach. Highly reccomended!

Not a big issue, but sometimes hot water would not come at all, even after reopening the tap a few times. The host said it would come and we need to be patient, but sometimes it really, really wouldn’t.

The location was perfect. The place was very clean and spacious and comes with everything. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is clean. If you’re anything like me, I do suggest you book it.

The apartment was perfect. Tidy and clean, with fully equipped kitchen. We had a ground floor apartment with a roofed terrace. Very pleasant place. It is located just 2 minutes walking distance from the supermarket, few minutes from the ocean and the beach, There are a lot of bars and restaurants in the area. Our hosts were wonderful. There was no problem to leave our luggage when we came earlier and when we were departing they let us use the shower and kept our luggage until taxi came to pick us to the airport. Very good communication with the owners. I highly recommend this place for everyone.. Best regards to our hosts. I would come back with pleasure.

The following things can be improved: - The shower head needs replacing as it was really bad and leaking from everywhere. We also didn't get hot water one morning so we contacted the host and came after an hour or so and said that the boiler is solar powered and there wasn't enough charge. He put it on electric mode but it didn't warm quickly and we had to have cold showers and go for our activities as we were being delayed. It was fine for the remaining days as I believe he set a timer to heat the water with electricity early morning; - The cleanliness could be improved as there were ants everywhere in the flat but otherwise it was relatively clean. - The flat is on the first floor so you have to take your bags up 2 sets of stairs as there is no lift.

This was a spacious and clean apartment that is very close to the Flic en Flac beach, we also liked the following: - Has two large bedrooms with decent comfortable beds, spacious lounge, dinning area and kitchen with fridge, kettle, cooker, microwave oven, plates, cups and other utensils. The A/C was working in both bedrooms and lounge. Also has a clothes washing machine that you can use; - The apartment has its own compound with a parking spot, which feels secure; - The area is quiet at night, we did hear some music being played by the bar nearby on weekends but it wasn't too loud; - A large supermarket is just there in front of the property, also a cash machine is there, a car hire/travel excursions company and some decent restaurants and bars; - The host was friendly, showed us around the area and responded to our messages if we needed any help.

Upon check-in, the owner tried to put us in the downstairs apartment which was less attractive and without mountain views, despite us having booked the upper apartment. This led to a delay of an hour or two whilst we waited for the owner to clean the upper apartment.

Beautiful, spacious apartment, with views of the mountains from the balcony. Excellently located, within a few mins walk of the beach, cashpoint, supermarket, bars and restaurants. Owner came to clean the spartment half way through our stay, and responded quickly to queries about water, bins and parking.
