Cooker and microwave were on child lock which prevented us from using them, but I was able to message and got swift reply from hosts - thank you! Unfortunately there is some building demolition/ foundation works happening right in front of property so quite noisy when by pool but not hosts fault! Just to bear in mind. Overall brilliant base.

Kurt and Rose have created a wonderful apartment to stay at in Flic en Flac. Communication was superb, apartment was clean and modern with some cereal, water tea, sugar, milk etc left on arrival. Kurt and Rose allowed us to arrive earlier to drop off our bags. They also gave lovely coasters to our daughters as a welcome gift. Very thoughtful. Beach and bath towels provided which was really helpful.

Flic en Flac has great snorkeling opportunities, great places to eat and amazing sunsets on the beach. The apartment is walking distance to all this, clean, modern, and newly furnished. Our kids loved the pool! We loved being able to either walk where we wanted to be, or to take the public transport across the main road. Rose and Kurt are really amazing hosts (the best I have encountered in travels by a long shot!). Overall great experience for our family and a lovely and memorable holiday.

The apartment is newly furnished and is very clean and beautiful. Bed is comfortable, and all furnitures are new. The pool and garden is really convenient and nice, and the hosts are very kind and welcoming. We received a lot of recommendations about the area and they helped arranging our transport.

The apartment was very clean, modern and well equipped with all the necessary utensils that you need. All basics like tea, coffee, water, milk and condiments were provided at the start of our stay, which was a lovely gesture. The host Rose and Kurt were very nice and accomodating. We arrived earlier than the agreed check in time and they let us drop off our luggage until the apartment was ready. The location was perfect as it was set in a quiet street but only a couple of minutes walk away from the beach, restaurants and bars. We really felt at home staying here and will definitely book again.

There is no parking inside the complex although there is plenty of parking adjacent.

This very well appointed apartment was very close to the beach and the local restaurants. It was very well equipped for self catering and is maintained to a very high standard. Communication with our hosts Kurt and Rose was excellent and they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They gave us lots of useful tips to help make our stay very enjoyable. If we ever return to Mauritius we would certainly stay there again.

Everything was perfect. The location of the apartment residences is only a 30 second walk from the beautiful peaceful beach of Flic en Flac. 30 second walk to abundant food places and shops. 10 to 15min walk to the supermarket. Rose and Kurt were SO friendly, warm and welcoming. They organized our taxi ride from the airport to the apartment residence (and also for the way back to airport when leaving) and gave us really helpful advice on whereabouts such as nearby shops and supermarkets and even connected us to a reasonably priced tour company (LMC tours) who offer tours and excursions of the whole island including boat cruises. They were even able to exchange foreign currency for us into the local currency. The apartment is gorgeous, exactly like how it is in the photos. We felt at home as soon as we stepped inside. I loved how; as you enter, you enter your own private balcony first and then the apartment. The apartment is tastefully decorated, from the furniture to the smaller details like decor. It is generously equipped from the kitchen utensils to the different bedroom pillows and towels provided too (beach towels too). Everything was so clean and felt brand new. When we arrived there was 5L bottled water, milk coffee, and other condiments. Dishwashing detergent, sponges, garbage bags, toilet rolls and even face masks are provided. Literally all one has to do is buy their own food stuff, as this apartment is a paradise for those looking forward to cooking their meals as everything is modern and provided. Everything is of high quality and one does not feel like something is missing ~ my husband and I truly enjoyed using the kitchen for making breakfasts. There even is an espresso machine! We spent most days in the sitting room and dining table ,watching TV on the large flat screen ~ it was very comfortable and literally felt like a home away from home. The WIFI is included and works perfectly well from all aspects of the apartment.
