Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The location is absolutely stunning and the hotel is well maintained and very clean. The bed was comfy and the food delicious. I absolutely loved my stay!

Travelling with a toddler, some rooms can be quite far from the pool and restaurants but you can request a gold caddie.

The comfort, no mosquitoes, cleanliness and staff are excellent.

Some of the facilities such as the sun loungers have seen better days and could do with an upgrade. The adult only pool is nice and quiet but the egg style loungers have seen better days and smelled a little mouldy. They are also less practical than traditional loungers as it is difficult to sit up for reading etc. Especially considering the prices they charge. They are charging London prices for beverages and for food (€12 for an aperol spritz, €6.70 for a glass of average wine and €18.50 for a club sandwich) they also charge for water at dinner which is €3.44 per bottle for the water they have throughout the resort for free. The staff are mostly very pleasant but two members of staff in Sapori were rude and uninterested, practically throwing our plates of food at us during dinner. Do not get your laundry done here as, again you will pay €3 each per pair of underwear. We got 9 items total (4 t-shirts and 5 underwear) cleaned to get us through to the end of our holiday and we paid €32 which is insane! That being said the actual laundry service was fast and efficient. The resort is family friendly and was full of children which is not an issue but the breakfast and evening buffet at La marche was quite chaotic as a result of this. As a couple without children, in hindsight, I probably would have preferred an adult only resort. Our room smelled very strongly of mould and drains. The smell was very strong when we arrived and I’m not sure if we just got used to it or if it improved as we used the water but it did improve slightly but again not what you expect from a hotel of this quality and these prices.

The pools are both fantastic. The beach is beautiful and well kept. We had lunch in the Tides bar one day and it was amazing. The staff we encountered were mostly very friendly and attentive. Our housekeeping team were great. They left the room spotless everyday and even folded the clothes I had left out of my case.

1. Cold welcome upon arrival. I arrived with my wife and 2 kids. I dropped them at the reception and then the staff told me to go and park my car in the parking area with some vague instructions where it was. After parking my car, I was almost lost, i took some time to find my way back to the reception. Arriving there, i waited for 15min with my family and I myself had to ask an employee for refreshment towels and drinks, to which they replied they thought someone had already served us. 2. Difficulty for the reception team to find my reservation details despite giving the team both my passport and id card. An employee started asking several questions and demanded proof that I booked with the hotel. I had to search in my mail and show them my reservation details to which they replied they searched the wrong first name. I was under the impression they thought i hadn't made any reservations...! 3. Half-board package - As i reserved a half board package, i knew drinks were supplements and at the buffet on the 13th October, i ordered cocktails and cold drinks for me and my wife. However, one of my kids asked for a little water and the staff gave us a glass bottle of still water. Later i found out we were charged Rs160 for the water. I know we are charged for mineral water but not glass bottle filled with still water. For the same glass bottle water we were not charged at the Tides restaurant. So why these 2 measures? Staff at the buffet that night were very unwelcoming and not focused at all. 4. Bed in the room was not comfortable at all and for the price we pay we expect atleast a comfy bed.( Not value for money) Overall a good experience, but some things could be a lot lot better especially for a 5 star hotel.

1. Kid's corner - very professional team and staff, always welcoming you with a smile. My kids loved the activities provided there. The team made us feel very secure to leave our kids for the activities so that my wife and i can have dinner together alone for some time 😜 2. Swimming pool facilities were great. Immense pool for the kids and adult as well. 3. The team for the water activities were very professional and welcoming as well. The kids loved the glass-bottom ride. 4. Special mention for Mr Issur and team at the Tides restaurant. His amazing work ethics and organisation skills are praiseworthy. The timing, the quality of food and swiftness with which he served us was phenomenal. Food was amazing.

misleading pricing. water provided free in the restaurants was sometimes charged for in the restaurant. wife mistakenly left her sunglasses glasses which had been taken when we returned, most probably by staff given the time and location. security were patronising after filling the report out. supplementary costs are extremely high. as is everything really. previously when we visited sugar beach staff were always happy and would go out of their way for you. we didnt feel this at long beach. also saw a cockroach on the toaster at breakfast! more to moan about but not much space. also paid for a room with beach access but you cant lock the door behind you unless you exit the room at the front, so felt a bit of a waste.

All staff members were super friendly and consistently checked in on our stay and if there was anything we needed anything. The food was brilliant and dining at Hasu was a mindblowing experience. The one key thing that we absolutely loved, was having the beach on our doorstep and really warm weather during our stay

Should definitely not be paying for water at dinner. Nowhere reflected when booking. Booked Half board - (dinner and breakfast) and food was fair (I suppose as buffets go). Booked for Tides restaurant but cancelled after seeing the only meat choice they offered on the menu was venison. Plumbing in rooms dismal. 6 of the 7 days water was either brown, mirky or lukewarm. Complained on day 1 and they only took notice on day 6. Rooms were not the cleanest.

Staff a bit aloof. Not really focused. Many times you have to ask for service like ask for spoons etc. Need more attention and eye for guest need. Was not happy seeing cats and dogs in the restaurants.

Good facilities and nice location. Good place for families with children. Evening entertainment is good to relax in the evening.
