Check-in was bumpy. Required per-checkin online and wanted a passport scan from the entire family. Never experienced this anywhwhere else. Required a deposit at check-in but now wouldn't accept a german credit card and then asked for 500 USD in cash. This was simply not an accpetable approach. Master bathroom did not have a working shower and could not be fixed.

Wonderfull beach location with spacious house and fully equipped kitchen. Great beach in walking distance.

The location was awesome. The fact that you could swim on the beach on the property was great. And we had our own private pool too. Clear blue water, not rocky. The apartment was luxurious 👍🏼

We were very satisfied with everything. The vila was spacey, well kept and close to the nice calm beach that is not too busy with people. We also appreciated the the facillities - plus the kitchen was equpped with everything that you might need during your stay, for cooking and dinning. Also the dishwasher and the washing machine were in a separate little room adjacent to the kitchen so it was really easy to keep out the mess from the common room. On top of that, a very nice lady came every day (except Sunday) to clean the vila, which really added to our comfort. The staff was lovely and thanks to the security we felt very safe and did not worry about our stuff when we went for a walk on the beach. Thanks to Warren as well, for helping us with everything we ever needed.

Two bedrooms in penthouse are facing noisy street. Despite our requests to for cleaning service to be later they kept coming when we were still in apartment. Some towels were significantly stained. Sink drains were a bit clogged.

Ocean with very nice beach, private pool and jacuzzi. Very spacious living room and kitchen. Sunsets on the terrace. Le Morne view. Close to shops and various attractions (whale watching!). Very comfortable spacious bathrooms. Very well equipped kitchen.

There was a bit of rain so wet towels did not dry outside in the sun and there was no dryer, so we would have liked the towels to be replaced daily only because of such a situation.

Location Location Location ! It was absolutely stunning. Very Private yet a stone's throw from the beach. Lots of good restaurants nearby (Di Roma Pizza, Happy Rajah Indian Food, Ousaporn Thai Restaurant to name some and grocery & shopping places too (SuperU, London Shopping Center, Ruisseau Creole to name some. The view looking back from the ocean is gorgeous as you see a green mountain. The 4 bedroom villa with pool we stayed in was excellent ! Clean, all updated amenities, good-sized bedrooms, large bathrooms. Open living plan with living, dining and kitchen. The beds were very comfortable so everyone had good rested sleep. WiFi was very good. The place was very quiet as all the other guests would also follow the rules of no loud music after 10pm, so we had a good night sleep every night. We had one advanced swimmer and the rest of the group are all beginners, and since the reef is quite far away so very easy for the beginners to be in the ocean water and enjoy standing snorkel, swimming, floating. The sand is nice and soft, but it does have bits and pieces of coral so have to watch your step. There were hardly any people of the beach except for couple other groups staying at Manta Cove, so for the most time it was a private beach.

Great location close to the shops. Perfect place to watch a beautiful sunset. We had a wonderful and relaxing time with the family. We will come back.

The noise from the busy street nearby made it impossible to sleep at night. There was no air-conditioning or fan in the dining room. No toiletries holder in the bathroom.

The apartment is well situated. There are many restaurants, a bakery and supermarket nearby. The beach, too, is just a few steps away.

Our stay was very disappointing due to level of service and cleanliness. The villa itself was good but many things didn’t work, e.g: 1) shower in the main bedroom was broken, the time of reaction from the staff was 3 days to even check and it was not repaired during our whole stay of more than a week, so we had to wash in the other one where our kid was sleeping 2) doors not closing, it took them 2 days and follow up to the management to repair (at first they said it’s normal for wooden doors…), 3) filtered water from the fridge was coming in drops vs normal flow, they noted as issue but never repaired, so we had to buy water for cooking. The cleanliness was bad as well: 1) they changed towels only once for 8 days after follow up (should have been every 3 days), some towels were dirty, 2) dirty bed linen (see photo), 3) the clean up was only mopping (no vacuum cleaning), stairs were so dirty that there were stones in the corners (we could also see everything on dirty knees of our toddler). Also you will have to buy toilet paper yourself, it’s ridiculous for such a price overall! Separate words about staff and management - it was humiliating: - one example of many, after check out time they asked us to “leave the resort” right after we freed up the villa and stood right close to us while we were only 40 min at the empty (!) beach waiting for our flight with 2 small kids. Check in was also nervous as they could not take any UAE/Saudi card for deposit (for whatever their own reason as these cards worked everywhere else on the island) and demanded cash which we didn’t have.

We only liked the villa itself and location.

There is no wifi in the 2 smaller bedrooms unless you keep the door open or stand right by the door The other big issue is that the unit we were allocated is located right by the main road so unless you're in the master bedroom it's extremely lout at night with cars trucks and busses driving by.

Misleading information with the information provided on Booking.com about the accommodation. The pictures do not reflect the reality. Be careful when selecting the type of room as the description seems to be intentionally designed to mislead you into thinking you are renting an entire villa. They have villas, close to the beach and apartments in a flat, far from the beach, with limited to no view of the sea. The staff seems friendly and eager to help you out, but when you actually need their assistance, they either ignore your calls and/or messages, or say they will help, but never do. Overall, the value for money is POOR. You can find better accommodations for the amount they request. Definitely avoid this accommodation if you want to have a pleasant experience on the island.
