Booked a 2 bedroom villa, so expected a villa but it was a ground floor apartment. Still nice but not as advertised. Living room does not have AC and was the only place to access WiFi; the reception was non existent and not functional in the bedrooms. Despite a full kitchen, the unit lacked basic cooking necessities like cooking oil, salt and pepper, etc., and the Nespresso machine didn’t work either.

Excellent location, modern and spacious apartment with friendly housekeeper and security. Pool and beach were great too.

I would have liked more information on how the property is run especially the cleaning service, use of towels ( bath vs pool) and the Tv channels A little leaflet in the apartment would help in this regard. I addition when booking if you could be told the location of the unit you are allocated . Also a lock that closed from the outside on the sliding door would have been helpful An air conditioner in the lounge area would be welcome

The property was comfortable spacious and well situated. The premises were neat, clean and modern. There was a washing machine that was very helpful.

Excess to beach and swimming pool was convenient. Pinky, who received us on arrival, was friendly, helpful, and hospitable. The guard at the gate was extremely friendly. Overall, it was a great stay at a home away from home.

The cleaning lady was ok and friendly but cleaning is definitely not her strong point. Bring your own towels for your own piece of mind and expect to clean dishes from scratch if you want to use them. Our linen was not changed in the 4 days we were there. I think if cleaning improves, this unit would have much higher rating. The couches needs to be changed in the living room and there needs to be an aircon in the living area.currently, there is a fan but it gets extremely hot.

The location is tops (just be aware that this unit is not sea facing. But we enjoyed it as it was more private than the sea facing units). The unit is spacious, and sufficiently equipped. There is loads of restaurants within the 5km radius as well as loads of activities around the Accomodation.

The apartment faced the back of another apartment so views weren’t great. And building work next door wasn’t great to have going on during the day.

Pinky, the housekeeper was incredibly helpful. And the apartment was wonderful.

The day to day cleaning is fine - but there is dust behind doors, a little dirty in drawers and so on. So a thorough cleaning once in a while all over, will make a difference. One of the sofas are very uncomfortable to sit in - the other one is very nice Should be more than one parasol with the sunbeds.

The complex is right at the beach - and next to some streetfood stands. Its wonderful that there is sunbeds facing the beach and sunset

Pool closed for „maintenance“ (we believe just checking the chemicals) for 2 days during the weekend - that should be done over night during the week! Apartment a little tricky to find as the name in booking.com seems a somehow different than the actual apartment complex - it did not help that the security did not have us on their list despite booking.com reservation and prior contact with the owner, so there was some unnecessary hazzle getting into the apartment.

Very nice and modern apartment with all amenities you would expect in a well equipped holiday home. Terrace and BBQ perfect for an evening „at home“. Lots of space and privacy (if not directly at the pool when you book sea view). Wish we stayed longer as this was the best of our various accommodations on Mauritius.

Some of the sun umbrellas were broken, the internet didn’t reach all rooms in the house and was extremely slow, the building of the hotel next door was 7 days a week and went sometimes until 6.30pm. It starts on the dot at 8am and goes through the weekend. The place needed a deep clean.

Location was good. Resteraunts close by and the bonus of a really good supermarket few minutes walk away. The pool was lovely. Beautiful spot.

It was disappointing that we were next door to a very active building site which was very noisy all day, every day. Also, the photos of the property led us to believe the apartment led out to the pool, which it did not. Interestingly, other guests thought the same. Some of the towels were unfortunately quite hard and some pillows lumpy.

It was modern and well furnished, with the some good basics for what you need. Bed linen was changed, as were towels and the apartment cleaned every couple of days. Pinky, the maid was very friendly and helpful.

The property needs a bit of maintenance, especially one of the bathrooms. Towels change is long overdue, old and stained, these ruined the impression of the flat considerably. Lots of mosquitos, just bring repellent.

The property is bright and airy, located on the premises of gated development. The flat is not beach facing, located in second row. The flat is fully stocked with anything you may need for a stay in terms of crockery, cutlery and any other utensils. check in/out was easy. swimming pool overlooking ocean is a nice plus
