Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SloveniaThe aparment is wery modern, spacios and clean. The swimming pool is very beautiful. It is next to the street so if you are planing on spending the whole day day here it may bother you. But for me and the kids, we were traveling a lot so it didnt bother us at all. The cleaning staff is great as well. The beach and the big store are very close buy. My gilrls loved the place.

Portugaloverall the experience was great. just some really minor things. in some really hidden spots we have noticed some minor things that might be better cleaned. in the first day I had some issues to find the apartment so I would recommend to have a more step by step instructions for the check-in.
We have stayed, as a family (two adults and our child) in the apartment for 6 nights. the apartment is very well located, near one of our favorite beach (walking distance) - Pereybere beach, and also near a supermarket (walking distance) and great restaurants. we have rented a car so we were also able to put our car in the garage. the apartment had a great swimming pool that we enjoyed a couple of times. we also had a barbecue where we had some great dinners at home and the kitchen was very good. the two rooms were large and with a private bathroom. two good sized balconies. security guards were at the property also. the experience was great and also great value for money as this is one of the best places to be in Mauritius (as service apartments). Finally the apartment was cleaned every two days (nothing to complain). one last thing - I have forgotten my personal laptop at the property after I have left Mauritius and the owner was great to return to me back in Portugal and everything was well handled. overall great experience and highly recommended for families or groups of two couples, etc.

KenyaThe host was very communicative from the moment we booked the apartment. She even helped us book other activities to do on the island. She gave us accurate directions to the room, recommended places to eat and visit. She is the friendliest host ever. After a long flight and drive, it was very nice to get to the apartment and have snacks,.water and a cold drink waiting for us. I would recommend her ten times over. Will definitely visit again this time with children.

EstoniaThe apartment was far from cleaned. When we arrived the apartment seamed not cleaned at all. There was old dust flying around and on the floors, also sand. Although the apartment was cleaned on regular basis, it was still dusty. The waterproof linen was very very unconfortable. The apartment would need a dryer, as the sheets, towels, clithes do not dry otherwise, as it is so humid. And a ventilator of less noise would benefit or an AC in the living room. Extra toilet paper and extra washing tablets should be on site not to be asked every now and then.
The locatipn is perfect. Everything ia very near, two beaches in walking distance. Bedrooms were on the other side of the apartment, so no traffic or pool noise. Pool area is nice. You even have an ocean view if you look closely. The beds were very comfortable.
