Great location. The rooms were spacious and very nicely decorated. The outdoor pool and patio are very nice. Store and restaurants close by and a very short walk to a number of beaches.

Linen was not changed the whole duration and there was not enough toilet paper. I had to get my own toilet paper.

No towels for pool unfortunately and no service during weekend, so couldn't have towels' change and cleaning. Paying in cash is no more efficient, very dangerous to pay in cash to maids. Fortunately they are very honest.

Everything new, comfortable beds and good linens, , silent, cosy. Modern, easy to use everything. Cleanliness is very important. Keep on.

Modern apartment, spacious and bright kitchen/living room, with attached large balcony. Kitchen with high standard appliances almost new with everything you need including dishwasher. Combined dining room/living room with comfortable and stylish new furniture. Wide screen television including Netflix. Two good sized bedrooms with two separate bathrooms/showers of high quality and ample room. In general very stylish apartment. Quiet location as apartment is facing away from the street. Cleaning is performed every day which was a nice surprise to us. The pool area has more than enough lounge chairs and I observed the pool is also being cleaned every day. An additional benefit was being able to park our rental car safely in the garage directly underneath the apartment complex. We were not sure about the location before we arrived but as we learned, the location is very good. Just 200 meters to the right on the coastal road is a beach access to the most beautiful beach with the most pristine water. Continue 10-15 minutes by foot up the beach is the public beach of Bain Boeuf. 200 meters in the other direction is the public beach of Pereybere located. A larger supermarket called Winners market is nearby approximately 150 meters from the apartment. Around 10 local restaurants are also around the corner, not more than three hundred meters away.

Happy across the Board

Fantastic apartment, really well laid out clean and comfortable. Modern finishes left us wanting for nothing. really enjoyed the fact that there was a well furnished patio to enjoy the fresh air daily. Cleaning staff fantastic. all round perfectly suited our requirements at an affordable price. location for a north island apartment couldn’t be better, close to the shops, beach mall and restaurants. I will certainly recommend One Bay to anyone wanting to stay in the North.

Apartment is lovely furnished. Everything is really new. Netflix is accesable. Beach and super market in walking distance. Easy bus ride to grand Baie. We felt like home and would recommend this luxury apartment.

Considering the apartment is pretty new, the bathroom was not very well maintained. We expected a better level of cleanliness. Welcome was ok but we missed a bit a personal touch. No welcome water or fruits in the fridge. Here we experienced already more hospitality by other rental owners. Be aware that there is no shower gel, shampoo etc provided. Also in the kitchen you will only find salt, pepper. No washing liquid provided. If you stay only a couple of days you need to buy everything.

Maybe providing shampoo and soap in the price would have helped the visitors. Of course there is a super market in 5 mins walking distance from the apartments.

New building with modern decoration. Ideal for people who want to pass time in their apartment. Friendly and professional personnel!
