Some of the reception and concierge staff looked as if they are interested and attentive but they never followed up on the requests we made. At the beach bars most of the staff looked unhappy. If you like to spend a long time swimming it is not the best place. If you like to lie on the beach all day and attend activities such as snorkeling, wind-surfing, kayaking, etc. this is your place! These are mostly free of charge.

Our room was very spacious and comfortable with a great view of the ocean. Restaurants and the food was very good. Most of the staff in the restaurants were very helpful and kind. Boat house facilities are mostly free of charge and the staff is very helpful. It is also great to be able to drink a free glass of water at any bar counter. Special thanks to Youvina from concierge and Roy from the Zest restaurant.

Staff driving the golf carts like it's a race track!!! Our driver for a check-out transfer to a lobby area, was driving so fast that one of the suitcases landed on the palm tree. We didn't notice until arriving at the MRU airport that the suitcase was damage! Also, Doing the reservations for every night dinner was too much! (Unless you have 6-8-10 people party, sure, request reservation). It was too much to think about the dinner every day. Overall nice hotel, Many families with small children - maybe It should be area for a hotel where families with children can stay - something to consider.

My air conditioning didn’t work for two nights. We were given a fan and the problem was fixed.

Some sellers on the beach with souvenirs . I don't think it's a place for them to be there in a super luxury resort. They could be in a public beach instead. I don't know the policy for such activity. Anyway they didn't bother us at all.

Lovely surroundings Golf course and Palm trees. Delicious breakfast. Option to use facilities in nearby Dinarobin resort with shuttle service every 15 minutes. superb water sport activities like waterskiing, scuba diving, glass boat and snorkeling. Friendly and decent staff. Room is spacious and has all the facilities and very clean. Kids club has a very active schedule with activities and lots of fun for kids.

The rooms need to be a bit updated. Also, there was a really bad smell in the bathroom (wc) and no spray/refeeshner available.

Location of the hotel, resort and beach is exceptional; it really feels like a special place. The rooms are very big. All staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner buffet were very good. Big plus the fact that you have free access to multiple activities (e.g., nautical, sport etc)

We missed quiet zone for adults only for breakfast and dinner. And questioning by local sellers at the hotel beach was very frequent and excessive.

In some of the rooms, the water comes in glass bottles which is great but difficult to move around with. While other rooms have bio bottles - light and good for all day moving with.

Excellent place for visiting the south of the island and for all water sports from stand up paddle, dinghy boat, ski to kite surf and surf. lovely food and nice staff.
