The shops are not close by and to get around you need a hire car.

The view was magic and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The apartment is well equipped. It’s close to the airport.

Standard of cleaning not fantastic, some furniture poor quality, TV tiny for 20224 and kitchen utensils cheap and basic. Not what we would class as Luxury, but could easily become so with a little bit of spending in the right areas. Luckily there were only 2 of us that suited the 2 Sunbeds near the beach allocated to us, you'd be buggered if there 8 staying. Crazy thing was smaller apartments had more sunbeds for far less people!! In general all very good, but just needs a bit of TLC to put itself in to the standard advertised,

Location Excellent right on the beach, accommodation very large, but as expected as we'd booked for only 2 of us and it could accommodate 8, Nice touch was advising no rush to leave on our departure day.

There was no AC or fan working in the main bedroom during our stay. Upon request the staff then supplied a new fan which was a big relief in this heat!

The place has just been renovated and it was fantastic. Very spacious and on the beach, it offers everything you need. It is very private and really secure with amazing staff (cleaning service, security, gardening). Unfortunately was to short for us. Big thanks to the manager also to be very convenient at the time of our checkout. Will come back for sure small note - you need a car if you want to go for grocery and enjoy the neighboring

Need to be very organised about groceries as one needs to take a taxi to the nearest supermarket even for water. Please be aware there are no food or beverage amenities at the property. House keeping is only available once every 2 days. ACs worked only in bedrooms & when the generators are switched on, sometimes only one AC works especially if the property occupancy is high. Same issue with WiFi- weak signal if occupancy is high.

The photos that you see on the portal are exactly how the apartments are. Spectacular views, Fantastic location right at the beach which is private, Helpful staff. The place is very quiet & well managed. Security on site 24×7. Apartment has enough storage, hair dryer, hot water availability all times. Kitchen is extremely well equipped.

Some parts of apartment could do with an upgrade but it didn’t cause any problems just wear and tear of a holiday let. The pool is closed 14:00 -17:00 which we thought was unusual as this is the time we would have ideally used it after a morning at the beach. However it was a nice pool to use when we did. You need a car or use a taxi as nothing close by and this is self catering. Supermarket a short drive away. There is one restaurant which you could walk to if you wanted to which we did for lunch and coffee. We used a Taxi to go there for Dinner.

Spacious accommodation for the family. Beach front location, very peaceful Amazing Views!! Great for Snorkelling. Private beach just in front of public beach which is very quiet. BBQ provided and cleaned after use. 24hr security staff. Cleaning staff came daily and were very discreet and friendly. Site manager friendly and responded quickly if any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

The property is at an amazing location, as soon as you walk in it welcomes you with most scenic beach view. We were a family of 8 and enjoyed the family time together. Jashvani our resort manager made sure our stay was comfortable and made all the necessary arrangements

Fittings and fixtures are looking very tired. Maintenance seems to have been neglected. There were a few obvious kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery items missing. Air con unit in one of the bedrooms did not work. Electric breaker issue but was quickly attended to.

The location and service from the staff was exceptional. We had a problem with one of the electric breakers tripping and were offered another apartment which we declined in favour of the amazing sea views.

We have been staying since yesterday ( 31 Oct - 02 Nov 2023) in a three bedroom paradise beach appart TA1. We are very disappointed by the service and quality of the appartment. We tried to speak to different people including the maintenance people , cleaning people, reservation and resort manager as well but in vain. There are several issues . 1. Lizards in room coming from the cupboard  and lots of dirts with it ( we had to make several requests to clean) 2. AC not working at all in one room and in the living room working on and off even the technician came to Put gas it is still the same until now 3 lights went off since yesterday night therefore even fan as well could not be used they were suffocated in the room 4. The breaker keeps turning off every single time and we are left in blackout (still the same issue with the breaker) 4 Cockroaches everywhere in the kitchen cupboard 5. Bedsheet not clean on the bed like small clots blood on it 6. The toilet in the master bedroom is not good the frame on it keeps falling while going to the washroom 7. All the towels were dirty with lots of spots on it. 8. The cleaning staff was cleaning at the time we came in the appartment that should be done much before we came. 9. The fan in the living room does not switch on. The staff had to pull it with his hand which is very dangerous. 10 In the living room there are lots of wire pending on the ceiling which could leads to very dangerous situation if that falls. 11. All the kitchen cutleries and towels and other stuff were sticky and dirty . We had to ask them to come again to clean today . 12. The handle accessories in the shower is broken and it is hanging (Master bedroom) To be honest this one was the worst one we experienced. We lost a lot of time during our staycation because of these issues.
