Baking trays to be provided with an oven , couldn’t use the kitchen items as intended, Also there are bo markings to let’s us know if the utensils like glass or crockery are oven safe ! The furniture is getting old and needs replacement or a polish !

The view, it was decent. The staff especially Vimla and Soobhug were extremely helpful.

The lounge air conditioning wasn’t working which made it very uncomfortable and humid in the communal area meaning most of the time our kids stayed in their bedrooms instead of having time together with the family. It was requested to be repaired however wasn’t tended too during our stay so may be services and working in the future.

The premises are well maintained, the pool is always crystal clear. The beach access was awesome! There are a couple of hotels along the beach which made dinners and salon treatments a breeze. The cleaning staff where lovely and very accommodating to our needs.

Soobhug made the stay worth it. If it weren't for him, rating would have been a lot lower. He deserves a huge thanks and bonus he goes totally out of his way to ensure guests are comfortable, infact in our entire holiday across all of the island Noone else came close to the way Soobhug looked after us.. massive thanks to him for making our stay a memorable one..

This was an incredibly beautiful apartment with direct access to the pool and beach. The apartment is clean, and the hosts provide high-quality amenities. Relaxing at the pool was the perfect way to start our vacation. There are restaurants nearby and a grocery store a short walk away. Overall, it is a lovely apartment in a beautiful location.

I just needed some more mats on the floor for the main door for I was tracking water and sand into the house

Just check the DSTV connection before arrival please! It was however, fixed on the second day.

This unit is located right on the beachfront with beautiful ocean views. The rooms are well-equipped and neat. Lovely to barbeque on the patio overlooking the ocean. This is my second stay at Plage Bleue Beachfront Apartments and will most definitely return: not just because of the units and beautiful pool, but also the amazing staff.

The freezer needed to be defrosted as it wasn't closing and was completely iced up. There were a few light bulbs that were not working, otherwise everything else was perfect.

We only ordered breakfast on the first day, which was really good. Then we just did our own thing, once we'd been shopping. The property has easy access to the beach, and you have a view of the beach from the balcony.

Some of the facilities could do with updating There were small marks and rust in the shower and toilet areas This is probably a one of occurrence but from Friday morning till Monday morning we had no hot water or WiFi, in our apartment, even after we reported it on the Friday. I do have to mention that Soohbug was accommodating and allowed us to use the shower facilities in the apartment next door to us over the weekend but it’s still slightly disappointing not to have hot water in our own apartment

Beautiful apartment with good sea views and easy access to the beach, however this is not a swimming beach. Overall clean, neat and comfortable, with restaurants and shops near by.

There was basically no support from the staff. They offered rental cars at a certain price and when we booked 48 hours prior to our stay - as they had stated in a mail - the price and conditions suddenly changed. You cannot offer people products and prices on a brochure and then change it. Also slow to respond to correspondence. Was no one to receive us at the property, despite us notifying them of our arrival time. Finally got hold of a telephone number and was told the key was left in the unit. How that would work I do not know as we were never informed of what the unit number was prior to getting hold of the gent. When notifying the manager the Saturday morning that there were issues with television, also took long to respond and then told it would be dealt with only on the Monday.

The unit is spacious, well equipped and the pool is amazing. The property is well looked after.
