Even if the dinner was great and prepared with a lot of attention, sometimes I felt that the size of the main course should be a bit larger. The hotel is far from the nearest market/atm and you need to hire a taxi or have a car to get around. In the morning if you want some eggs or coffee, you have to ask the waiters and somethings it gets overcrowded and you have to wait a bit. This can be inconvenient if you want to leave early to visit the island. At least a coffee machine would've been really appreciated.

I think this hotel was the best experience we ever had. Everything, from the room view, the beach, the dinner food and the delicious desserts was top notch. Great room service, changing towels two times a day and all the people were very nice. A special thank you for the lady that helped us hire a car (which was much cheaper than anything we could find online) and made some great suggestions about how to improve our itinerary to visit the best things the island has to offer in 3 days. I can absolutely recommend this hotel as the perfect honeymoon destination.

The location, the beach, the staff were excellent, very professional, the hotel driver Aladdin was great! He was very knowledgable and helpful. I like to kitesurf, and we were in the perfect location for that. Waste deep, flat, crystal clear water.

There are unfortunately quite few areas that could be improved: 1. The check-in/arrival - it was difficult for us to say if it was the young man's English or maybe shyness but we did have a quite peculiar exchange in the beginning of our stay. Could be that it was an unfortunate misunderstanding but we did not get a proper introduction to any of the facilities and/or activities...same with some organisational matters. 2. The hygiene - the towels were not clean enough (there were some brown stains every now and then, some of them more than noticeable). The curtain seemed also dirty (yellow) and the room, maybe due to the humidity, had an unpleasant smell. We had to keep the door between the bathroom and the bedroom open, as without an ongoing air-conditioning the humidity inside was so high that everything became soaking wet. 3. The breakfast buffet was quite disappointing. Not only was the quality of the products (fruits, cheese and meat) not high but the diversity wasn't satisfying. The salmon stopped appearing after day two ...then we were left only with pork ham and there was no plain yogurt. The basic musli also disappeared in the last days of our stay. The only constant thing was the sweet pastry but not everyone enjoys a sweet breakfast! 4. What left us with a very bitter aftertaste was the organisation of the offered 5 islands boat trip! Not only was it way more expensive in comparison to other offers but the price plus taxes and taxi was not communicated straightforward...we got for approximately 100 euros a tiny motor boat (usually one gets a catamaran with a toilet on board) and at the end of the boat ride they could not provide a taxi for 6 people so my friend and I were left waiting without information for how long, while other guests have been picked up. We've felt ripped off and disrespected from the man we have communicated with...

The staff! Most of the people working there have been extremely well mannered, kind and skilled! The bar and restaurant staff as well as the people taking care of the room cleanliness and garden maintenance, have created a welcoming atmosphere throughout our stay! The room was cleaned twice a day (need to maybe communicate a more ecological approach to the use of towels) Another positive thing are the beautiful beach and the altogether great esthetic of the place! It does look like a piece of paradise! When it comes to the food, they did a good job with the eggs in the morning and some of the dishes in the evening were beautifully arranged. The coffee was also good.

The service was perfect. The staff is very very kind, they really give their best to make your stay perfect. The beach and the nature around the hotel are mesmerizing. Since the hotel doesn’t have too many rooms(56 i think), it is very calm and doesn’t get very crowded. Amazing hotel!

The portions for dinner are super small. You have a 3-course menu every night - a starter, a main course and a dessert and the portions are tiny. However, it is a gourmet food and it is certainly very delicious. I have been in many gourmet restaurants and usually with plates that offer small portions, they do 5-course menu. Maybe it is a good idea to have a salad bar as a buffet in addition. For breakfast they have a buffet and eggs that you order. I certainly expected more variety of fruits. Also, there is absolutely no variety of food. If you are here for 2-3 days, that is fine, but for 10, I tried everything 3 times. In the end of our stay they’ve added more local cuisine dishes, which was good. The towels are visibly overused. Overall the hotel is not really a 5-star one.

The hotel staff is incredibly nice and really do go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable! Everyone is super professional and friendly. The internet connection is great and you can for sure also work from here. The pool is gorgeous and the beach is just a few steps from the rooms. The views are great! The food is delicious but it is simply not enough and with absolutely no variety.

The hotel itself is very beautiful, unfortunatley, it is on the more windy side of the island and there was quite a lot of algae at the beach (On the plus side: the beach was cleaned everyday!). None of this stopped us from having a great time at the resort.

The staff was incredibly friendly- they went above and beyond themselves to make us feel welcome and at home. From the hotel manager to the waiter, everybody was always happy to help and have a chat. The facilities are perfectly suited for a relaxing holiday. The infitinty pool is beautiful.

there was nothing around the hotel so not really possible to go out without a car. the food was not good for a five star hotel. the beach was nice but the hotel staff reserved the sun beds early in the morning for guest so not possible to get front row beds.

No attention to guests’ dietary requirements what so ever!! I am so disappointed. I told them repeatedly about my specific dietary requirements, I can’t eat eggs unless they are hard boiled. At breakfast, the waiter Jerom Benedicte made a joke about it and then brought me completely undercooked eggs, and also forgot my husband’s bacon. We didn’t have time to wait for him to fix the mistakes as we had to leave, but this service is just pathetic.

- Rooms are worn out - Celining had spots, sheets had spots, sofa was very worn-out - Smells. When we came the room was smelling and the worst part the bed sheets were smelling awfully. Probably they were put on the bed before being completely dry - Beach was full-full of seaweed. Nobody cleaned it even next day - Breakfast was very disappointing. Dinner - was ok

The only positive point was the personnel, ptherwise the rest was very disappointing.
