All inclusive was all basic food and drink. Branded spirits and special meals required extra payments.

The wifi was very weak. The restaurant prices are very high and the value for money that you get at the restaurants is very low. The food was okay, but was priced as if the food was expectional.

The service was very good. The view was stunning. The staff was friendly.

Was a little rundown with some areas need some much needed, TLC! One or two of the staff had a real attitude problem and the breakfast offerings were average and it appeared they couldn’t handle the numbers of guests taking long to even make a few eggs or replenish items that had run out.

Food at the buffet is a bit repetitive. A bit sad that there is not much local fish being served and it is rather imported. in all inclusive drinks options are okay if you like like cocktails but disappointing that local alcohol are not included. could have a bit more water activity possibilities.

Staff is super friendly and always willing to help or answer all your question. Special thanks to the boat house and the activity staff that is organizing really cool activities and that made our experience very good at the hotel. All room are facing the beach so you have an amazing view. Room is clean and quite comfy with an extra large bed and a nice balcony to appreciate sunrise. Swimming pool is nice and quiet and you can enjoy your drink from the bar there. Menu at the pomelo restaurant is very good so I'd recommend going there.

- Was a bit expensive - Lunch on 19/12; fish was dry, chicken was raw, few bones were found in Lamb sausages, brekky puri was oily. - No lift available- was quite hectic to climb up to 2nd floor with luggage. -Mattress was very hard to sleep, unfortunately but overall was good, would be better if it would not rain :)

Smell of fresh paint( but it was good they were maintaining the property), and the AC being put on full blast when we were out( it was ok as we would sit on the balcony and wait for the room to warm up)

The beach was beautiful. The rooms have a direct view of the sea and you can watch the sunrise in the morning. The staff is very nice and the surroundings of the entire hotel are beautiful. The hotel also offers various activities. The food was delicious.

Rooms a bit dated, breakfast poor selection and poor quality, birds in the restaurant on the bread at breakfast, pool small and surrounding decking needs repairs. very strangely there is no toilet at the pool and you have to walk into the main building at the Spa to use the loo or need to go back to your room. Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful but a few lacked basic good manners. Both my wife and i independently stepped off paths onto the grass or dirt to let staff with trolleys pass without a basic thank you or even a smile.

Beachfront location, a la carte food, rum bar, watersports included, helpful management when we had problems. This hotel is not the best but the price reflects that so it is not fair to be too critical of it. You get what you pay for and we enjoyed our holiday here.

No water was available for tea or coffee in the room. This is the first hotel in all our travels that did not provide us with drinking water. Further, we had to pay R120 for a glass of water. Refer to our invoice. I'm very disappointed.

The location was good, and the meals and staff were good. The evening entertainment was good .

I am not a big fan of buffets at the best of time so breakfast matched most comparable hotel. Dinner selections could be improved.

The location is all the time very windy (compared to the rest of the island). Not much to do around (driving 15+ min or taking a taxi is needed).

Property is clean, convenient and well organized. Andy at Lacaz is wonderful and super nice guy. If any question about rhum, that’s your guy !

It's a long way to anywhere else so you are locked into the resort's dining options. The all inclusive isn't as all inclusive as expected. There wasn't a great deal of information about the resort ie menus, opening times etc

A beautiful location with many places to sit and relax or swim. Great beach side access. Lovely gardens and surrounds.

Very nice resort and very kind people. We stayed for three days and we enjoyed everything. After a long flight they welcomed us and we could use the shower to clean up. The room was nice (with seasight) and tidy! We tried two restaurants and we loved the food.

There was Wind noise coming through the sliding door to the balcony preventing us to have a good nite sleep.
