When we arrived the apartment was dirty and a lot of things didn't work. Very old and looks much worse than the pictures. Very close to the beach but the location is very quiet. There is no shops nearby.

Dirty!! Nothing like the pictures on Bookings. The booking was for 5 people. There was only cutlery for one person. Main bedrooms air conditioning was not working

Wi-fi is poor.

Well located within walking distance to a very nice beach; bus stop and taxi's. Clean fully equipped house with all the necessities; including a washing machine. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood. Stephanie snack and multiple restaurants are within walking distance. I will most definitely return.

Suren was such a courteous host, who came to visit us several times to check all was ok, which it was . The apartment is in such a quiet location , even though it is only a stones throw from the coastal road where you can catch the regular buses , and it is literally 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Mont Choisy beach . The huge balcony is definitely the largest balcony we have ever had , and we really appreciated this . There are a handful of lovely restaurants within walking distance - Stephanie's Snack we particularly liked , as well as Refresh Restaurant pizza bar ( but they do lots of tasty dishes besides pizzas ) . All in all , the Apartment was perfect for us ( and we looked at lots online before choosing this one ) and it lived up to our expectations.

Somebody at night was spying on us from the balcony 2nd floor while we were in the bedroom. That somebody brought ladder 3m long to the private property and this is how he climb to 2nd floor. We called police but they didn't help. Cameras on propery are all off, owner said it's safe area so no need to turn them on. Additionally owner lied about ladder, said to me that police took it but police said that they didn't. Also when it happen owner of the flat didn't feel good so he took pils and went to sleep and he couldn't pick up the phone. Anyway we didn't catch the guy since he knew that place like his own and he successfully wanish. So I can't blame the owner but all this is very suspicios.

Owner at first looked like a good guy. Big flat, good location, good beds. Kitchen has everything what is needed. Pool inside was also good. Free parking place.

It was relatively dark after dark in the room where my wife was working - the lights in the bedroom are pretty dim. We also lacked salt and sugar in the kitchen, but we bought them, so now they can be found there.

The location is very good, the apartment is clean, comfy and has a good design. The terrace is very wide and really comfortable to stay at. Good TV where it is nice to watch movies.

Everything. The advert didnt comply with reality. Photos were old. Dirty swimming pool to lifted /missing decking which is a hazard for children. Property requires maintenance and repairs.

We liked everything

The stay in the apartment was excellent. Comfortable layout, kitchen with everything you need, there was a laundry room on the ground floor, there was a ceiling fan in the living room, and air conditioning in the bedroom. But the main advantage of the apartments is a huge comfortable terrace. The whole life was spent on it: breakfasts, dinners, work meetings via Skype, you could sunbathe and do yoga. The location of the apartment is great: 5 minutes walk to the gorgeous beach, 200m to the nearest store (but there is not a large assortment there), there are several pleasant places where you can eat. On the way to the beach - Man's kiosk, where you could buy fruits, vegetables, order to cook fish, shrimp or lobster (very tasty), Stephanie's snack (clean and delicious), bar 36 on the shore with a great view and excellent service. The owner of the apartment, Suren, is wonderful, helped us with all questions, even not related to accommodation. Suren, thank you very much! We will definitely come back! It was the best vacation ever!
