Food wasn‘t so amazing, as it was very often cold. For Lunch, there weren‘t so many choices to pick and as the warm food was always cold - that was a bit disappointing.

We liked the cosy atmosphere, good location to visit the national parc etc. Good location for those who would like to learn to surf or scuba dive

The street noise and music can be very loud to the point you can not sleep. The music goes on until late at night.

The swimming pools are very relaxing and spacious. The hospitality of the staff is 100%.

- Local beach is not really a beach to enjoy. Lots of local people come to enjoy themselves over the weekend and the water is not as clear as in the other beaches. However, super nice beach Flic en Flac is around the corner. - You have to have a car or be aware that you need to use a taxi service if you want to see around. Theres nothing in the walking distance. However taxis are waiting right in front of the hotel, so shouldnt be a problem. Just make sure to have some cash with you.

- Hotel offers a lot of activities - You can get to the nature (hiking, other tours, beaches) very easily - The food was great, a lot of different dishes. Def recommend taking breakfast and dinner (there are no other restaurants around and the buffee has different meals every evening) - Every evening there was live music until 21:00 so super nice and also not disturbing the sleeptime

The excursions were often cancelled for ‘weather’ even though there was only so much as a light breeze. I feel that the buffet would get a little repetitive for anyone staying a week or more. Gym can only fit 2-3 people in a time.

The rooftop pool was a bonus feature and used it often for quiet sunbathing and to take in the stunning sea and mountain views. The room had everything i needed (kettle,fridge, balcony) to spend time in it, and was nicely decorated with a relaxed holiday feel. Like most hotels the drinks are marked up in price but you can buy beer and snacks from the shops near the hotel. Make the most of free classes like aquafit, yoga and kayaking the tamarin river.

The food at the restaurant and buffet lacked variety and one of the dinners we had was very unpleasant we also found a language barrier between us and the waiter however when he finally understood the service was great.

Staff were friendly and over all atmosphere was upbeat and very welcoming.

The public beach in front is not usable due to currents and garbage. We had several occasions where the locals party until we'll after midnight with very very very loud music and subwoofers... Security was desperate and understanding but only the police can act... And they are not the fastest (or even solving the problem when they arrive)

The staff is super friendly and assisting. The resort is small in size and that the service absolutely more "personal". Plenty of space to eat drink and relax. The buffet is limited in choice but great in quality and presentation. Meat, fish and vegetarian is enough represented and was never disappointed for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Plenty of entertainment and sports to do (or to ignore).

The food is lacking alternatives for veggies and vegan. For a hotel in that class I would expect plant milk and more food alternatives at the buffet for vegans.

The stuff is amazing and made the stay really great. The food has an overall good quality. A bit high priced for the value in my opinion.

It is important to note that two cyclones affected the island during our stay. Of course, this is not the hotel's fault, but it did impact both their operations and our experience in several ways. I am certain that many of these issues would not have arisen under ideal weather conditions: - Due to the curfew, only the hotel services are available (also limited) and these services tend to be much more expensive than the average (for example, the restaurant). - In such weather conditions, many activities take time to restart, and until then there are not too many options in the area. - While it is understandable that such situations pose challenges for the hotel, as a guest, I did not feel that they were putting forth their best effort during a time when tourists may feel way more confused or vulnerable.

Breakfast was great. The beach must have been nice but we saw it after a cyclone, so we could not see it at its best. The bed was comfy. The à la carte restaurant had some amazing food. The Experience group was really helpful and nice and they offer amaizing activites. The front desk and wait staff were usually very helpful. I asked for help to get a cake for my husband's birthday, and they offered to provide one for free for the occasion. It was really nice.

The rooms need some renovation, at least the bathrooms and at the shower, a shower curtain would be useful, because the water is coming out and is flooding the bathroom. The personal is very friendly but a bit chaotic.

The location was nice, near the beach and it was nice that the hotel has more than one bar and more than one pool. The one of the top with the sunset view is very nice and cosy to watch the sunset.

The room we got initially was not clean enough and had a strong moldy smell. Luckily, the staff was able to address this by offering another room.

The hotel area was nice as well as the staff. We had an issue with our room, but the staff resolved it pretty quickly and offered a new one which was much better. The food selection and quality was also pretty good.
