GermanyThe basic rooms are a bit too smalland cramped for two people, the mosquito net broke frequently and had some holes in it. The daily cleaning was at very irregular times, sometimes early at 9 or 10 or 12. A do not disturb sign to hang on the door would help. The bathroom in the basic rooms is a bit small and water tends to overflow into the main bathroom. Temperature of the water ranges from Mordor to warm. The birds are extremely loud at 5 or 4 am in the morning, but with ear plugs or just putting a pillow over your ear will block the noise - this is simply unavoidable on the island but something to keep in mind.
The staff is very welcoming, the location is really good, the party at night (dj) was excellent. People from other hotels came just for that. The proposed activities were great and the taxi fees were also decent and comparable with what drivers usually offer. Room service was also very good (cleaning, doing the bed, laundry). Lots of wildlife to see in just the garden!

Right off the beach. Beautiful sandy beach for swimming. Hotel has a rooftop pool with views and adjacent spa which was excellent.

RomaniaThe public beach in front of the hotel is not that clean and it has no sunbeds or umbrellas. You can reach by foot other beaches, but you cannot use their sunbeds since they belong to other hotels.
The location is very good, near Flic en Flac beach. The complex looks very nice and they had Dj and music events each night. The room was cleaned daily. We had a big balcony with a great view of the ocean.

We made also a very funny activities with the bonus of the hotel, we can recommend the buggy bike in Bel Ombre Nature Reserve. A particular thank you from heart to Ajay, that was so kind and gave us many advice. Thank you all the staff. We hope to come back in Mauritius. You all have a precious paradise. 💛

SlovakiaIf you are there less than 4 nights you can't use the water sports equip. for free as the other guests. If you don't have All incl. check the prices of the drinks first. Seemed quite expensive to me. Also, check if the water in your room is for free or not. The music (DJ, live band etc) was on until 2 am. Party people would have appreciated it but we just came from hikes and wanted to sleep. So don't book a pool view room if you are not there to party at night.
Very nice hotel with 2 pools, we liked the pool on the roof top with a bar and a nice view on the bay. The hotel is at a good strategic place if you want to explore the attractions on the island.

United Arab Emirates-We arrived to the hotel early, instead of telling is the actual waiting time for the room. They kept giving empty promises, first 20mins and then another 20mins, ended up more than 1hr waited for the room. We could’ve used that time to do something else. -The room wasn’t clean, the floor was sandy at the time we checked in. -The next day the room was replenished without water, I called to ask for water and they wanted to charged me for that. -The receptionist who checked us in the first day didn’t explain to us about the complimentary outdoor activities. - The breakfast buffet was very basic, and it should started at 7am, but things wasn’t ready at 7:15am. NO BREAD or even TEA COFFEE ready by 7:20am. - The hotel staff wasn’t friendly and helpful. - After all, we are not happy with the price we paid for our stay

United KingdomUnfortunately the variety of food is very disappointing. The hot food option during lunch and dinner consists only of different stews with no other options but salad and dessert. It doesn't taste bad, it's just you don't want no other option but stew for 14 out of your 16 lunches and dinners, especially during lunch when it's hot and you want something lighter. There were many days where we walked through the "options" and could not find anything we wanted to eat. We had enough of stews so we ended up eating bread or going elsewhere for most lunches which is disappointing as we paid for all inclusive. They did have pizza and pasta for 2 nights in the 8 we were there, I don't know why this couldn't be an option during lunch or dinner every day. You can order food from the Fish Bar restaurant which had a variety of options but you had to pay for anything above 400R, with cheaper options (for ex chicken burger) starting at 450R. They should really include these choices with the all inclusive packages. If they can sort out their food this would be a top notch resort because everything else is amazing.
All the staff (reception, bar, restaurant, cleaning, etc) were very friendly, helpful and professional. The grounds, two swimming pools, accommodation were immaculate and well looked after. There is a lot of activities organised by the hotel (kayak trips in the morning, aquarobics, etc) and there is a nice beach just across the road. This is one of the best maintained resorts we have stayed in for a while.

Czech RepublicWe don't recommend to take the superior room right by the main pool because the club is directly Infront of you room and Thursday, Friday, Saturday night is very loud till 2-3 o'clock in the morning.
The hotel was very nice including two pools (one on the rooftop), the room was perfectly clean everyday, it's located right on the beach, we had a nice massage at hotel spa (Kimberly and Barbara we can highly recommend as your massagers) and also Jerry for the aquaaerobic was perfect

United KingdomAlthough the Crazy Fish bar had a nice atmosphere the pricing seemed to consistently change and they only had one of the vegetarian option available for most of the week which was disappointing. Things felt hectic when there was music on - staff seemed a bit confused with payment systems etc. Additionally I wasn’t told about the daily activities (beyond the explorer programme) and didn’t actually find out until the end of my stay which was really disappointing. I think a bit more explanation of everything on offer would have been helpful on arrival.
I found the staff to be very kind and helpful, in particular Abigail on the desk and another female staff member with short hair whose name I did not catch. My massage with Deborah was also one of the most considerate and professional massages I have ever recieved. The room was great and the facilities on offer were really amazing. I loved that the Crazy Fish bar had so much live music and atmosphere to it. Explorer programme of activities was amazing and Elo was a fantastic guide. I would recommend the Tamarin Falls walk to anyone who doesn’t mind getting muddy! Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel to a friend and I would return myself.

Germanywe did not like the over priced meal and drink options at the hotel, and the not fresh morning baguettes served at breakfast each day.( but we believe these are minor details that can be fixed didn't like the loud noise level that came from the upper floor bar and there seems to be an unidentifiable smell in the morning hours that lingers.
we loved the location and easy layout of the hotel. we liked the attentiveness of some of the staff. we appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and kindness of the cleaning staff.
