Hidden gem in Trou aux Biches. Fantastic contact with hosts, spacious apartment and fabolous equipment of the kitchen (oven, utensils). Access to wasching machine. Close to supermarket Chez Popo, If yu have a car, you have parking place for free. If you dont have, bus 82 will take you everywhere - from Port Louis to Mon Choisy beach, which is much better than that one in Trou. Buses go very ofter, and you have 5 minutes to fabulous beach. Bus 95 can take you to Pamplemousses to botanic garden. Near apartment you have bakery, also in walking distance a lot of places where you can buy fruits etc. Just in case, bus 82 can take you to Triolet where you have a lot of supermarkets (Winners and Save Mart). To be clear - you must walk to the beach or bus stop (300 metres), but road is easy and safe, after one day you will know how to move around Trou.

The way from beach was not really nice = you need to have car. Many doga around And all night were heavy barking So we could not sleep (not error of owner :))

The location of the apartment is perfect just a 10 min walk away from the local beach and poppos suoermarket. Lots of food places around. Apartment is equipped with everything one needs and is cleaned once a week.

Excellent place about 600 metres to the beach. Very well maintained with a fully loaded kitchen. The host is very good and always willing to help / guide you. Best place to stay. You need to have your own transport.

The apartment is located on the quiet back streets within walking distance of the beach, supermarket and restaurants. Very clean modern apartment with an equipped kitchen. We had planned to move elsewhere on the island after a week however the apartment really exceeded our expectations and we stayed an extra week. We will definitely go back.

We stayed 3 weeks in an apartment and everything was perfect: Clean, quiet, everything was new. When we arrived, one of the owners (place is run by a family) was there to welcome us. The whole apartment is very comfortable for both a long or short term stay. The place is cleaned twice per week (included in the price) and the cleaning staff was extremely friendly and cleaned everything very will Highly recommended

The premises is new, modern with great appliances. Very close to the beach and grocery strore as well as to downtown. Our host was helpful and courteaus. We've had a great time. We'll sure return soon.

The swimming pool had not been operational for a month or so . They should have informed us when we booked as we could have booked a cheaper alternative with a pool or elsewhere with a pool. It was still not functional on our departure.

Trou Aux Biche is a charming area. The complex was recently built relative to other properties in this price range. Modern bathroom.

When I left the apartment, I left the air conditioning in the rooms on, because there was no air conditioning in the living room and it was very hot because of the glass windows. When I arrived the air conditioners were off. In our absence, they entered the apartment.

The lady that answered the phone was quite rude, she needs to work on her customer management skills. They put me on the ground floor and refused to swap me into another apartment even though I told them that I felt uncomfortable as a single female downstairs. At one stage, the toilet didn’t flush for 3 days and the resolution from the property owner was to put my hand in the tank and fix it myself - I was not happy. I had to complain several times until they sent someone round to fix it properly. The property also had a lot of cockroaches and nothing was done about that either. The property owner could have done a lot more to accommodate my needs in my opinion.

I liked the cleaner, she was so friendly. The apartment also had great internet connection.

The hotel is not directly on the Trou-aux-Biches waterfront; expect a 10-15 minutes walk in a deserted neighborhood. The place is quiet, but it is not rare to hear stray dogs barking at night, and prayer calls from the mosque at sunrise (4.30 am). The pool is not heated: be brave! Also, one last thing: no salt/pepper provided. Had to buy some.

Nice place within walking distance from Trou-aux-Biches. Staff is friendly and easy to reach (at least via WhatsApp). The appartments are properly furnished and sufficently equipped.
