The hotel and staff were exceptional. Hospitality at its highest. It was a trilling experience and I give kudos most especially to my butler, Nurudeen for ensuring our plans were converted into reality. Thank you Benuit, Lucinda and every Marriott staff for contributing to our wonderful memories. I had a splendid time in Mauritius. :)

Everything was amazing just the AC didn’t seem to stop cooling when it reaches the temperature set. Wouldn’t been a problem if we were not traveling with an infant and it won’t stop us staying there again 😄

I wouldn’t change a thing about our stay, it was perfect from start to finish.

The service was exceptional. All of the staff were extremely attentive and friendly, we were made to feel very special and looked after during our stay, and their attention to detail was excellent. Nothing was ever too much trouble. There were plenty of dining options, all offering great and varied menus, with a very high standard of cooking (Michelin Star equivalent). The design, appearance and layout of the resort was very considered and beautifully detailed. I am from an Architectural background and really enjoyed the beautiful beach bungalows with colonial style architecture and the natural landscaping throughout. It really suited the natural surroundings and didn’t look like an intrusive touristy holiday resort.

One aspect that could be improved was the wait time for our room to be ready, which took about an hour. I acknowledge that this might be due to the hotel's high occupancy and popularity. However, addressing this issue could significantly enhance the overall experience for guests

JW Marriott Mauritius - wow! This place was pure paradise. Right on the beach with epic Le Morne mountain views, the location couldn't be beat. The pool was superb for chilling or to do long swims. The food was fenomenal, brilliant buffet and restaurant options. But the real stars were the staff. Everyone was super friendly and helpful, with a special mention to Kevin Burun and Dallini who above and beyond to make sure we had the best time ever. Absolute legends! Overall, amazing stay. Highly recommend if you're looking for a luxurious Mauritius getaway!

AC in the bedroom was not working properly. The IRD menu was limited as well.

Excellent service. Very hospitable staff. Good F&B offerings. A good product for families with kids as well. The restaurants covered almost all the bases. The buttler, concierge and the housekeeping team were brilliant. Ms.Neha from the front desk went above and beyong to ensure that we had a memorable trip and overall it was a perfect honeymoon trip.

The time I spent at the JW Marriot was literally one of the best experiences I had. This was my honeymoon trip and I wanted everything to be perfect. I am extremely thankful that Neha and her team made sure this is what happened. Restaurants are quiet / could be more lively

The property, though being big, feels intimate - perfect for a romantic getaway. Offers great complimentary activities such as stargazing, snorkelling, yoga and tennis.

This hotel and staff are a 10 out of 10. There were absolutely no negative points to be mentioned but maybe some helpful tipps on some very small adaptions: - since this is a private beach/hotel i think external parties shouldn't fish or sunbath in the hotel area - cleaning was excellent but the capsules in the coffee-machine weren't removed, we did it ourselves. - mini bar refill staff, water refill staff & cleaning personell should do the rooms at the same time. - beach bar, (the bar closer to the villa) has some issues. Food / drinks we ordered never arrived but glasses with ice arrived. Happened 2 times, unfortunately our favorite staff member (female) wasn't there.. but the staff member that worked on those days were chatting behind the bar. So no busy time.

- professional staff - Very friendly and helpful staff - beautiful beach - great room sizes - specifically one staff member (female) who worked at the pool & also at the beach. She always ended her phrases with "certainly sir/ma'am". She was AMAZING! When she was around, we knew, we would get excellent service. Thanks to the entire staff for making this vacation a relaxing, memorable & unforgettable moment.

- Location: access to a private beach - one of the most beautiful beaches on the entire island. Breathtaking view on le Morne. - Staff: excellent, professional and friendly staff. Our manager Neha and our dedicated butler Kanen delivered outstanding customer service and made our honeymoon very special. - Food: amazing variety and quality - many different restaurants to choose from daily. - Facilities: tennis court, 24h gym, spa, game room, library - everything very clean, modern and inviting We highly enjoyed our stay here and therefore recommend it!

We had an amazing and unforgettable time at JW Marriott Mauritius. We got an upgrade to a Beachfront villa which had an amazing view over the sea and sunset. The resort is very clean and perfectly maintained. We want to specifically thank Mrs. Marie Michèle and the butler team who made our stay an amazing and memorable experience. We also want to highlight the great opportunity of doing compulsory activities such as kayaking or stand up paddling. We will definitely choose this resort again when visiting Mauritius.
