Everything is this hotel was perfect! It is so well decorated, clean, the food is more than amazing. The hotel's beach is breathtaking. The staff is so nice and friendly, especially Dalini from the reception that helped us with everything we needed. We missed breakfast because we went on whale watching- when we came back hungry, the staff served us with food and we even gave us late checkout. Our advice- keep it for the end because it is totally the best :)

Visited this amazing property with my partner in the month of September. This property is located at one of the best beaches of Mauritius. Everything about our stay at this property was excellent. What made our stay even more special was the hospitality. A special thanks to chef Veer, Rama Rao and the entire team at Simply India restaurant.

The breakfast was exceptional so was the beach where the hotel is situated. All of the staff were extremely friendly and made us feel welcome every day we stayed. The complimentary access to the water sports facilities was a nice surprise. We mostly dined at the hotel provided that the nearest find dinining restaurant was a 40 min drive and the food at each restaurant we tried was absolutely delicious. The beach bar staff was also very helpful and tentative

You need cash to tip as staff don't receive tips added to the bill. Some of the beach staff were over friendly almost harassing us. The Indian restaurant was terrible, as was the Japanese restaurant.

The service was fantastic. The spa service (massage, scrub, facial) was amazing. The location was fantastic. The concierge team was very helpful and made some great suggestions for sights and restaurants. The boathouse food was delicious and the ambience was very tropical. The bar team was fantastic!! A very special thank you to Veenash and his team from the bar.

We had a wrong room that is different than what we booked, the pictures were not very acutrate comparing to the real room type.

Thier services and staff is a world scall level, super friendly, really care about guests and they have passion for what they do, they were very generous and they cared about the little details of hospitality, when we got a wrong room they really were very quick and responsive I even lost my credit card and they found it, it's very safe place and you will find someone to help everywhere. Everything else in was exceptional (location, facilities including wonderful kids club, activities, cinema, bathroom, bed, vibes, breakfast, dinner and restaurants).

Absolutely everything, the staff are beyond friendly and always willing to help you. The day spa is well worth your time with the best massages we’ve ever experienced. The resort feels extremely safe, especially at night.

We would recommend only to improve little bit service and food in the Boathouse (salads, snacks..).

Hard to fault ..only small critique is the evening live band could be a little on the loud side which intruded on all the public spaces - but you can never please all the people!

The whole ambience of the hotel was quiet sophistication and a really great place to unwind. Situation on the island was superb.

The attention to detail was close to none at this resort. The most amazing experience so far for us and we do travel a lot for work and leisure. Well appointed rooms, with comfy beds. Towels refreshed every day, and room well cleaned. All the staff were incredibly friendly and eager to help. Breakfast buffet had plenty of options, and all other meals in the various restaurants were to a high standard. Plenty of spots to choose from either by the pool, or on the beach for sun and swimming.

The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, especially Vimal on the beach and Raj on the golf car. Ravi was the kind of butler you've always dreamed about. Always a pleasure to see him. The beach is really big and it's amazing to swim there. The restaurants are very pleasant and the Indian food worth the price. The whole mauritian staff is amazing.

The hotel isn't brand new and shiny, but it does have an established feel to it. I'd describe the gym as adequate for a hotel of this standard, rather than impressive. This isn't a particularly big deal, but again for a hotel of this standard, I was a bit surprised that a couple of evenings when ordering a gin martini, it seemed present a bit of a challenge / some confusion amongst the barstaff - they discussed it amongst themselves for a while and eventually worked it out (though they weren't overly cold..)- seems to me that a, two ingredient,globally standard bar drink shouldn't present a problem.

Gorgeous location, beautiful beach scene for lazing on a sunlounger, also excellent for swimming on a higher tide. Friendly, attentive staff, with a notably interested (in the guests' stay) general manager. Impressive array of restaurants, all food was to a high standard. The spa is one of the larger, more impressive ones I've been to at a hotel.
