There is very little to dislike about this accommodation. The only issue was the WiFi, which dropped out after 24 hours. Also, there is no air con in the communal area downstairs, so I imagine the living area would get very hot in the middle of summer. A fan is provided.

The house was so well appointed. They provide you with all the small things to make one feel at home. This is exceptionally helpful as a traveller, too.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place is wonderful and clean. The pool is very nice and the bed are comfortable. We highly recommend, will surely go there again. The place is same as in the pictures. Thanks for everything kunal.

Downstairs there was no air-conditioning in the main living area, just a fan. The fridge was not big enough for a big family staying for a whole week.

Great pool! Air conditioning in the bedrooms worked well keeping our rooms nice and cool in the hot weather. Kumal went out of his way to make our stay comfortable in challenging times over the public holidays. Communication with him was 10/10! Thanks Kumal!

This villa is absolutely brilliant 5 minute walk to beaches and restaurants and is equipped with everything you need. Kunal our host couldn’t do enough for us he was amazing . Just a shame we didn’t stay longer … will be back as soon as we can

The electrics broke down but Kumal got it sorted quickly. The villa could do with more kitchen dishes (salad bowl), we had tp clean the dishes before using. There is a dishwasher but no tablets, it would be great to have few to use. Also, in the other villas, there were basic kitchen supplies like a salt, pepper which was not here. Small things, but it would make a big difference.

The villa is beautiful and the location is perfect as it was a walking distance to the beech and restaurants, definitely try the italian close to the villa. We loved the swimming pool which was cleaned twice a week which was reassuring. The villa was large and comfortable and we would stay here again. The communication with Kumal was good, he responded to our messages.

Not much not to like.

The property is modern with everything you need for a short term stay. It is < 10 minutes walk to the beach, ATM & store. Kunal the host was the most hospitable who granted our every request. This place is a must to book when in Mauritius.

The villa is clean, modern and well maintained. The bedrooms are comfy, and well sized. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms are clean. The lounge area has a large TV and a PlayStation The Villa has WI-FI and a security system.

We had to go back home

We had a wonderful stay at this newly built modern property in a very nice area. The property has 3 lovely airconditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (the 1 bathroom is ensuite) on the upper level and on the lower level is the 4th bedroom with a bathroom and the living and dinning area that opens onto a very clean good size pool. We spent a lot time around the pool during the day. There is also a lovely rooftop terrace that we used for early morning coffees and late afternoon sundowners. The property is approximately 500 meters walk to Trou Aux Biches main beach and it is a short walk from the beach to Chez Popo shop. We did some great snorkeling to the left of Trou Aux Biches main beach in the early morning (before the boats get going) and we were fortunate enough to swim with a large turtle on the one early morning snorkel. The property is also in very easy walking distance to the bus stop, a number of restaurants, the 7/10 shop and Kristen's Ice Cream shop that you pass when walking down to the beach. We also found a nice bakery very close to the villa that opens very early in the morning that has freshly baked baguettes and pastries. Trou Aux Biches is definitely one of the best areas to holiday in Mauritius and the excellent daily rate for the quality of accommodation provided makes this property an excellent choice. The property is newly listed on booking.com and I have no doubt it will become very popular at the current rates. The communication with Kunal before arriving was excellent and he met us at the property and explained everything to us regarding the property and gave us good recommendations regarding shops and restaurants nearby. Kunal is a wonderful caring and kind host. Thank you so much Kunal for the wonderful stay.

There was no AC in the first floor, only a fan that was pretty dirty. There was a bad smell in the kitchen. The bedroom in the first floor was also with a bad smoke smell (so we didnt use it at all). We told the host that we will check in at 16:00-17:00. We arrived at 16:30. The host also arrived the same time. He showed us the villa and we mentioned that it was very dirty and no cleaning was made after last guests. The host started to clean the villa and then his whole family came to help him. We waited ~1.5-2 hours to get inside. We were there with a baby and were tired. Even after all cleaning there was still soo many dirty things/places. Will add some photos of them. For us cleaniness is very important, and unfortunately this is not acceptable.

We really enjoyed the outside area and the pool. But unfortunately that was the only thing that we liked. Villa is big and with a good potential, but it needs some deep cleaning!
