We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

NetherlandsI didn't really like the hygiene in the room, quite a lot of dust. Also, the fact that there were a lot of construction noises made it not a very nice experience. In my opinion, the breakfast was not good.. I arrived quite late, but there was only some apple slices and bread left.
The staff was wonderful! They were very friendly, and provided me with all the right information! I did like the diner menu! A lot of variety, varying from fastfood to healthy vegetables. Besides, the location is very good (near the beach)

United KingdomEverything was fine. We will definitely stay here again. The breakfast could be better, though. There should be a sign upstairs to remind people to be quiet, late at night, and very early in the morning. We were woken by a group of people travelling to the airport at 3am. It was annoying.
The room was nice, spacious, and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly. It was within walking distance to several shops and the beach, which was great.

MaldivesWe lost my wedding ring in the stay. It was lost while it was in my luggage in our room, and was not found. It was an expensive ring, but more than the price, the sentimental value it carried was priceless. We had very little support from hotel to find it.

IndiaTime for complementary breakfast was uptil 9:45 am, but at 9 am itself, many breakfast items were finished on the buffet table. Had to make do with bread and jam. Also, there was to-and-fro airport transfer. On checkout, we requested to drop us to ferry terminal which is same distance as airport. But our request was flatly denied.
The room was cosy. The bed was comfortable. There was sea view from balcony. Raushan, Isha, Sachin, Ibrahim and other staff was polite and friendly.
