My room was next to the kitchen with a little smell and noise in the morning, but with ear plugs no Problem. Also they offer me an other room in the second house they have.

Love it, directly at the Beach. Love to have Breakfast @the Beach, Pick up from the Airport worked out really well, helpful stuff, all together good vibe there. Would go there again.

Somehow all Maldivian washing machines add some orange spots to clothes, which doesn't harm but looks weird

There is a massive construction undergoing right next to it. The beach arrangement is super packed and the nice looking furniture actually belong to the hotel next door. The first room I was given smelled a lot and was very dark.

Right in the bikini beach. Has a decent restaurant, fairly priced. Nice staff. Overall good atmosphere. The place is basic but comfortable. The first room they gave me was bad, but they agreed on changing it upon my request, so it was well resolved.

A shower curtain would have been nice to contain the water in the shower area. There is also a construction site next doors of a new building so it makes noise during daytime hours on weekdays, but that should disappear once the building is complete.

Clean place to stay on the beach, amazing location! Everything was really convenient from taking the boat from the airport to being met by a driver who drops you off at the hotel. Comfortable bed!

Next to the hotel there is a ten floor building under construction. So every morning at 7.30 you have the noise of the people working.

The hotel is next to the beach, you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner seeing the sea.

Rooms downstairs are not great - we had a view of a wall and the the stairs to go upstairs, Upstairs rooms are probably OK.

'Room with garden view' does not exist, since there is no garden, only a very tiny window with a view to a wall. Stains on the towels. Very generic interior.

The location is amazing. Breakfast with ocean view. There are cats at the beach and at the reception. They arranged a 1 day trip to a private resort and speedboat for us. Also pick-up and departure from and to the airport were easily arranged.

The shower hot water was salty and guests from other accommodation used the outdoor facilities more, not allowing Batuta paying guests to use them.

I booked a room with 2 single beds and a futon, but only got 1 double bed in the room. A single bed was brought in for us on request, but space was very limited in the room. Towels were provided but the bathroom had no soap of any kind which was expected.

Location has unbelievable. Couldn't have asked for more. Staff were so friendly and accommodating in every way.

The bathroom was a bit small and the water from the tap was salty. Also the room was not good soundproofed so it was a bit loud from the people of the room next to us... Prices at the restaurant and for the breakfast are too high
