I think breakfast could be a bit better as the menu offers more than the buffet. But it does the job... we all found something to eat

I didn’t get any cleaning services throughout my stay. On the second day, the housekeeping came at 5.30pm when I was at the room and naturally I was unavailable. When I told the receptionist during check out, before apologizing he was denying the responsibility and telling that I should have phoned them or turned on the light switch indicating I want housekeeping. It was the last night before check out when housekeeping came so there was no point to get the room cleaned. After I suggested that they pay better attention to housekeeping and I’m only informing them for improving their service for the next guest, the receptionist said they are sorry.

Amenities were not fully restocked. Only some were available at the property. There was no bedside sockets for charging which was very difficult. Some sockets were faulty and had issues in charging.

Room was very small and the bathroom was tiny. The water tap was loose. Television didn't work. Adapter for plug didn't work. Bed sheet was not very clean, room smelled a bit moist. Departure transfer didn't work well. We set the time, as recommended by the staff, to 6:45 am. At 6 am the staff from reception called us for wake up and told us the driver will be there but actually he wasn't when we went down. We had to wait for 15 minutes. So actually transfer was at 7 am. Luckily it only takes 5 minutes to the airport by car.

Room was Clean, staff was friendly and good in English. Transfer pick up very easy and hotel is close to the airport. For one night it is okay.

The washroom Tap was Broken

I had an excellent experience at this hotel. Its close proximity to the airport, just 10 minutes away, was incredibly convenient. The staff were fantastic, providing exceptional service throughout my stay. The complimentary shuttle service to the airport was a thoughtful touch, and even though I had to leave before breakfast hours, they kindly packed breakfast for me. Their generosity extended further as they covered any taxi expenses in local currency, which I later reimbursed after exchanging my dollars. This level of care and service truly made my stay memorable.

Stayed in 2 different rooms, both of them had an unstable faucet (not properly fixed to the basin and when being used going off from an upright position) in the bathroom. Nothing to put soap or shampoo in a shower cabin.

Very Nice accomodation.. 5 mins by car from the Airport. We had one night in Malè .. waiting for our flight the day after very early in the morning. I will suggest to everyone. Super also the transfer for free to and from the Airport included on the deal.
